Abstract

The rubbish bag carrier comprises an arm (1) which has a folding angle (2) at one end. A support frame (3) is fixed at this same end. A handle (4) fixed to the arm ensures its balancing during use. A semicircular shaped protection (5) is fixed at the other end of the arm. A chain or cable (7) provided with a clamp (8) fixed on the arm is fastened to the rear of the bag. The bag is maintained open around the support frame by means of an elastic band (6).

DESCRIPTION

  The present invention relates to a pendulum device allowing paper collectors fitted with a clamp, to work on the entry and deposit of the above-mentioned

papers, arms outstretched.

  Generally, trash pockets are hand-held. There are different systems ensuring the maintenance of the opening of the pocket. For example, the patent

  W09707027 which is a device, provided with a handle, keeping the bag open.

  However, the distance between the support frame and the bottom of the pocket requires the

  collector to make a permanent pull of his forearm.

  To prevent the bag from rubbing on the ground, the device according to the invention overcomes this drawback; according to its characteristics, it indeed comprises a system which positions the bag on its horizontal rather than its vertical thus ensuring the

holding the arm bag holder stretched.

pendulum of the device.

  For example, the device can be constructed as follows: - a square aluminum tube (1) having at one of its ends a

  folding angle between 0 and 90 (2).

slide inside.

  - the wooden or plastic handle (4) is fixed by a folded flat iron system.

CLAIM   1 -The claim is characterized in that the system (1) is provided at one of its ends with a folding angle (2) between 0 and 90, a frame (3) of triangular shape reducing the height d opening of the bag, and of a fixing system (7) and (8) allowing   hold the back of the bag on its horizontal avoiding -the rubbing of the bag on the ground.   -The height between points A and B is proportional to the height between points C and D.
