Abstract

The automatic folding hanger utilizes eccentric cams (11) which maintain trousers supported against mobile clamps (3). It automatically clamps the cams and opposes unhooking of the trousers. A spring ensures the return of the cam and its support against the clamp. The placing of the trousers between the cam and the open clamp only requires a minimum force to overcome the spring. A single cursor (7) glides against the inner profile of the clamps to guide them and delay their closing relative to the arms (2) which enables the cams to disengage and release the trousers without them being crumpled.

Description

Technical field of the invention
The present invention relates to a clothes hanger which allows their transport and automatic folding in industrial laundry, dyeing or textile industry.

Existing:
There are folding hangers already used in these fields of activity, however their use poses problems, for example:
Fixed pants clips,
Manual clothing blocking,
. Mobile clips gripping the bottoms or tops of pants,
. Side arms in wire favor the hooking of the protruding parts of the clothes,
. Arms or clamps not synchronized,
. Mixed materials: steel and plastic whose assemblies age badly with heat and shocks.

DESCRIPTION
This automatic folding mixed hanger (jacket, blouse, pants) remedies the various faults of the systems used by the use of new techniques.

It is composed:
A main body (1) consisting of a plate (5) which has 2 positions (left or right hook). A cursor (7) placed in a guide formed in the plate. On a support face for the cursor spring (8). The 2 axes of rotation of the pants clips (3) and the 2 axes of the lateral arms (2) are obtained by deformation of the plate of the plate. The opposite flange (6) supports the trigger (9) and also supports the spring (10) of the trigger. Two symmetrically opposite notches allow the folds back of the trouser clips (3) in the closed position of the hanger and allow a minimum overall dimensions of the main body (1) to pass in the track of the machines. Inside the main body (1) is a sliding slider (7) and its return spring (8), a blocking release (9) with also its return spring (10), as well as lateral arms (2 ).

 The lateral arms (2) support in a specific housing the self-locking cams (11) allowing the top or bottom of the pants to be held or released automatically.

 The return effect of these cams (1 i) is provided by spiral springs (12) housed inside said cams.

 The cams (11) apply an self-cushioning effect which opposes the pulling of the garment which, by increasing, accentuates the retention of the pants on the hanger and prevents them from falling during transport.

 The assembly of the mixed hanger allows on the pivoting side arms (2) to transport and deposit on the folding machine clothes such as jackets, blouses, shirts.

 The pivoting clamps (3) and the cams (11) allow the transport and deposit on the folding machines of pants grabbed from above or from below (hem or waist) (Figure 1).

 The movement of the arms (2) and the clamps (3) is simultaneous and is ensured in a synchronized manner by the cursor (7) (Figure 3).

The essential innovation lies in the use of self-locking cams (11) which allow the operator to set up effortlessly and hold the parts very tightly during transport. (Figure 5)
This arrangement allows the pants to be unhooked by displacement of the cam (11) without movement of the clamp (3) which prevents wrinkling of said pants by bringing the clamps together. (Figure 4 & 5).

 The innovation also consists in the use of a single cursor (7) to synchronize and move the arms (2) and the clamps (3) in the same movement thanks to specific guide profiles of the cursor (7) on the support of the pliers (Figure 4), the particular profile of the pliers (3) on which the slider (7) rests makes it possible to delay the closing of the pliers (3) relative to that of the arms (2) and thus to release the cams (11) for releasing the pants on the machine to remove the hanger.

 The complete closure of the arms (2) then only causes the clamps (3) to close by the slider (7) which, by terminating its travel on the profile, keeps them locked in the closed position. (Figure 4 & 5).

 The cams (11) are fixed on the arms (2) by elastic deformation and follow the movement of the latter.

 The cams (11) are removable and interchangeable without tools as well as the integrated spring (12).

Claims (6)

 1 - Folding automatic mixed hanger characterized by the use of eccentric cams (11) serving to keep the pants in abutment against the movable clamps (3) and implementing an self-supporting effect of said cams (11) opposing the unhooking of said pants (Fig. 5). The self-supporting effect is directly proportional to the traction exerted by the pants and prevents it from falling during transport. The spring (12) ensures the  return of the cam (11) and its support against the movable clamp (3) (Fig. 5). The  fitting of the pants between the cam (11) and the clamp (3) the hanger  open position requires minimal effort to overcome pressure  of the spring (12) the fixing of the pants being done automatically by its  own weight.  2 - Mixed automatic folding hanger characterized by the use  a single slider (7) which ensures by sliding against the interior profile  pliers (3) guiding said pliers in order to delay their closing  relative to the arms (2) which allows the cams (11) to be released and  thus to let go of the pants without being wrinkled by the return to the low position  pliers (3) Fig. 3 & 4) also characterized by the use of  slider (7) to lock the clamps in the closed position and avoid their  accidental reopening in the folding machine.  3 - Mixed automatic folding hanger characterized by the simultaneous movement of the arms (2) between them by the simultaneous movement of the clips (3) between them and of the synchronized movement of the arms (2) with respect to the movement of the clips (3) (Fig. 2) characterized by the use of a single slider (7) which makes the arms (2) and the clamps (3) integral, characterized by the use of said slider (7) to reset the hanger in the open position by pushing on said cursor (Fig. 3). This characteristic makes the hanger universal with the possibility of resetting by lifting the arms (2) or by pushing on the slider (7) and makes it usable on all types of existing folding machines. The slider (7) ensures a consistent position of all the moving parts of the mixed hanger at all times of the opening - closing cycle (Fig. 3) characterized by the use of a spring (8) which pushes the slider (7) when the trigger (9) is actuated and prevents it from relocking in the open position which would damage the hanger or the folding machine.  4 - Mixed automatic folding hanger characterized by the use  of arms (2) in cut sheet metal serving as articulation axes and supports  for the cams (11) as well as for supporting the return springs (12). Arms  (2) thus act as guides actuating said cams and in their  downward movement release the pants without additional mechanism.  automatically ensured by raising the arms (2) (Fig. 5).  (Fig. 5).
