Abstract

The device includes a printer, as well as a management system (2), which controls the printer as a function of data which is transmitted to it through an interface (3). The device has means for transmitting to a ticket binary data relative to the value of the merchandise attributed to the ticket. The management system includes means to encrypt the binary data before transmission to the ticket. The binary data transmission means includes means for printing a 2D bar code and includes an electronic purse (4) designed to be debited at the time of printing the ticket. The system includes reader (5) for external electronic credit cards which is designed to interact with the electronic purse.
