Abstract

The sports back bag (10) has shoulder straps (11,12) and a layer of support padding in the form of a net (13). This net is placed on the part (20) near to the back, the part (30) near the chest and the part (40) near the bag shoulders. The net structure is made by an upper honeycombed woven surface and a lower woven surface. It has a series of knitted knots having a suppleness and appropriate firmness between the upper and lower woven surfaces. Description

 The present invention relates to a permeable structure for outdoor sports bags, and in particular a backpack having a permeable structure which has an extraordinarily soft and flexible texture, and which ensures proper air circulation and good absorption of sweat in such a way that when a user uses the backpack, he feels comfortable.

 People today live intensely. Besides material requirements, people also have needs for spiritual entertainment. Certain outdoor sports providing access to nature such as rock climbing, cycling, running, jogging, etc. are popular sports for most people.

 The invention also extends to a bag of the banana type.

 During the practice of outdoor sports, it is important to drink water to improve physical resistance. Thus, outdoor sports backpacks are popular and necessary accessories for carrying water. However, in traditional type backpacks, since the belt and other parts of the backpack do not have a permeable design, during the practice of a sport, sweat will be caused to fall along the user's back, shoulders, and other parts of their torso. This makes the user uncomfortable and gives him unpleasant sensations, especially on the back, chest, shoulders, etc.

 The arcuate permeable design of a prior art backpack shown in Figure 5 is made from a plastic material (PVC). A back reinforcement plate b having several bands a is formed by injection molding, while two hooks c are formed at the bottom. A mesh fabric forming a net b is engaged with the back armature plate using rivets so that it has a non-planar arched shape. A long sponge padding is placed near the part to rest on the waist of the user to absorb the pressure of support. The back frame is used to support the user's back. Since the back frame is a hard plate with an arcuate shape, it occupies a large space when it is stored inside the backpack. Thus, the backpack is bulky and cannot itself be easily stored.

 In accordance with the invention, it is advantageous to provide a compact and light backpack having desirable permeable properties.

 An object of the present invention is to create a permeable structure for an outdoor sports backpack which has an extraordinarily soft and flexible structure in order to bring comfort to the back of the user, his shoulders and the area. from his chest where the backpack comes into contact with his body.

 Another object of the present invention is to create a permeable structure for an outdoor sports backpack which has good air circulation and good absorption of sweat.

 Yet another object of the present invention is to reduce the weight and improve the flexibility of the entire backpack.

 In order to achieve the above, the permeable structure for an outdoor sports backpack according to the present invention comprises a mesh-shaped support padding layer to be mounted near the parts of the backpack to bear against the user's back, chest and shoulders. The permeable structure is characterized in that the structure of the mesh-shaped support padding layer is formed by an upper woven surface of the honeycomb type and a lower woven surface, and a series of knitting knots, having flexibility and appropriate firmness as well as a specific length, is woven between the upper woven surface and the lower woven surface. The mesh-shaped backing padding layer is integrally formed by padding having a longitudinal permeable gap and a transverse permeable gap.

 Since the mesh-like backing padding layer is woven from a soft material and is placed near the back part, the chest part and the shoulder part of the bag. back, a very good permeable padding surface is formed between the body of the person carrying the backpack and the surface of the backpack. Such a permeable structure will give a feeling of comfort to users.

 Referring to Figures 1 to 3, the permeable structure for an outdoor sports backpack according to the present invention mainly consists of a bag 10 and at least two shoulder straps 11 and 12 for carry the bag. During the practice of an outdoor sport, the user is brought to put the shoulder straps 11 and 12 on his shoulders, thereby carrying the bag 10. In this way, the part 20 near the back, the part 30 near the chest and the part 40 near the shoulders of the backpack are constantly in contact with the body of the user.

 In the present invention, a mesh-shaped support pad 13 is placed on the portion 20 near the back, the portion 30 near the chest, the portion 40 near the shoulders, etc. The structure of the mesh-like high support padding layer 13 is achieved by a honeycomb type upper woven surface 14 and a lower woven surface 15, and a series of knitting knots made from knitting lines 16, having a flexibility and an appropriate firmness and a length X, is woven between the upper woven surface 14 and the lower woven surface 15. The mesh-shaped support padding layer 13 is integrally formed by a padding having a permeable longitudinal interval H and a transverse permeable interval L.  Figure 4 shows the parts of the backpack where the mesh support padding is mounted. As shown, the mesh-shaped support padding is placed on part 20 near the back, part 40 near the shoulders, etc. Due to the permeable intervals provided in the support padding, the user will be led to find that the air circulation, around his shoulders, back and chest, is appropriate and brings comfort.

 The permeable structure of outdoor sports backpacks, according to the present invention, can also be mounted on other types of bags as well. FIG. 6 illustrates the use of the permeable structure on a bag of the banana type 50 for outdoor sports. It is well known that such a banana has a rear part and a front part. As shown in the figure, a layer of mesh-like backing pad 13 is placed on the surface 20a of the rear portion of the banana where it comes into contact with the user's body. Due to its strong permeable properties, the permeable structure according to the invention can be used on any type of backpack, beach bag, banana type bag, etc., to ensure good air circulation and good absorption of sweat.

 According to the present invention, due to the longitudinal and transverse permeable intervals inside two flexible woven surfaces in the form of a net, the support padding layer 13 constitutes an ideal material to be placed on the surface of a protective garment. sport, where it comes into contact with the user's body. Unlike the support structures of the prior art which are hard and rigid, the permeable structure of the present invention provides comfort to the user of backpacks and banana type bags for outdoor sports. Permeable structure for an outdoor sports bag such as a backpack comprising a bag (10), shoulder straps (11, 12) and a layer of mesh-like support padding (13) placed on the part (20) near the back, the part (30) near the chest and the part (40) near the shoulders of the backpack, characterized in that  the structure of the mesh-shaped support padding layer (13) is formed by an upper woven surface of the honeycomb type (14) and a lower woven surface (15), and a series of knitting knots (16), having flexibility and appropriate firmness is woven between the upper woven surface (14) and the lower woven surface (15), the mesh-like backing padding layer (13) being integrally formed by padding having longitudinal permeable intervals and transverse (H and L).  2. Permeable structure for an outdoor sports bag such as a backpack as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the length of the series of knitting knots (16) formed between the upper and lower woven surfaces (14, 15) of the mesh-like backing padding layer (13) is uniform over the entire layer.  3. Permeable structure for an outdoor sports bag such as a backpack as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the length of the series of knitting knots (16) formed between the upper and lower woven surfaces (14, 15) of the mesh-like support padding layer (13) is different from part to part of the support padding (13).  4. Permeable structure for an outdoor sports bag such as a banana type bag (50) having a front part and a rear part as well as a mesh-shaped support padding layer (13) placed on the rear part, characterized in that  the structure of the mesh-shaped support padding layer (13) is formed by an upper woven surface of the honeycomb type (14) and a lower woven surface (15), and a series of knitting knots (16), having flexibility and appropriate firmness, as well as a specific length (X), is woven between the upper woven surface (14) and the lower woven surface (15), the mesh-shaped support padding layer (13) being integrally formed by padding having permeable longitudinal and transverse intervals (H and L)  5.
