Technical area
The invention relates to the field of office automation, and more specifically to that of work organization tools, such as diaries or schedules or more generally any type of work connected by means of rings. It is more specifically aimed at a type of sophisticated agenda equipped with repositionable dividers and allowing the recapitulation of information corresponding to a given period.

The rest of the description is more detailed for the application of the invention to a diary, but it is clear that the invention also extends to other works in which it proves to be advantageous to move a summary tab.

Previous techniques
As we know, we frequently use for the organization and planning of industrial, fiscal or commercial activities sophisticated printed matter in the form of a binder.

 More specifically, this type of diary includes a cover and a plurality of rings intended to retain a set of sheets on which the information is written.

 Each of the sheets is dedicated to an elementary period such as a day, a week, or even more, or, in a more general application, to an information chapter.

 In a known manner, on each of the daily or weekly pages, the information corresponding to, for example, meeting schedules, or a list of tasks to be performed for the given period are collected.

 Unfortunately, this type of agenda does not make it possible to follow up on objectives and control long-term tasks that span several elementary periods.

 A problem that the invention therefore proposes to solve is that of monitoring and summarizing the deadlines and objectives over a main period covering a set of elementary periods.

Statement of the invention
The invention therefore relates to a diary composed of a cover and a set of perforated sheets, each intended to contain information specific to an elementary period, said sheets being able to pivot relative to the cover thanks to a plurality of rings passing through the perforations of the sheets, said sheets being grouped by sub-assemblies corresponding to a main period.

 Basically, this secaractense agenda.

 In other words, the diary according to the invention comprises dividers pages easily extractable from the filing cabinet and easily reinsertable in the filing cabinet at the level of the current period. In this way, it is possible to summarize or to write on this removable intermediate sheet a set of information corresponding to the past or future periods to determine its evolution and / or monitoring.

 For example, the additional insert sheets can contain a monthly schedule that can be easily moved within a daily agenda. You can also move the additional tab over the course of the days by entering, for example, the change in the number of sales or the like or deadlines to be met, taxation, etc.

 The type of information that can be summarized on these insert sheets according to the invention is extremely varied and depends on the choice of the user.

 The additional dividersheets not only act as moving summary sheets as time goes by without having to open the binding, but also serve as bookmarks to enable the detection of the current daily sheet upon opening of the agenda.

 Advantageously in practice, the additional intermediate sheets are of size substantially equal to that of the sheets of the elementary periods.

 In preferred embodiments, the tabs of the additional sheets are either of identical size and shifted from one sheet to another, or of increasing size and overlapping from one sheet to another.

 Advantageously in practice, the tabs and the perforation area of the additional intermediate sheets are covered with a reinforcing layer.

 The invention is not limited to its application to improved agendas, but also covers all types of printed or unprinted works in which the information is listed on sheets connected by rings.

 In this case, it may prove to be particularly advantageous to use the characteristic dividers of the invention to move them as and when the pages are moved in order to summarize summary information therein.

Way of realizing the invention
As already said, the invention relates to an improved agenda, as illustrated in FIG. 1.

 This diary (1) consists of a filing cabinet formed by a cover (2) on which are mounted a plurality of rings (4) at the level of the middle zone (5).

This filing cabinet (1) receives a set of perforated sheets (3). These sheets include a plurality of perforations (6) corresponding to the arrangement of the rings (4). Obviously, the invention is not limited to the illustrated form in which the rings are distributed regularly over the height of the cover (5), but on the contrary covers all the variants in which the rings are distributed in any manner , and for example in groups of three, as in the example in Figure 2.

 In the example illustrated in Figure 1, the diary has a plurality of sheets (3) whose cover is daily. The invention obviously covers the embodiments in which the diary sheets (3) are weekly, or cover unconventional periods.

 As already said, one of the objectives of the invention is to allow the monitoring, during a given period, of the progress of a task or of the state of achievement of certain objectives.

 To this end, the diary according to the invention includes a set of additional dividing sheets as provided in FIGS. 2 to 4.

 Such a set of dividers is constituted for example for an annual diary, of a set of twelve monthly dividers, or of four quarterly dividers, or more generally of a number corresponding to the fractionation chosen by the user.

 In the form illustrated in FIG. 2, the dividers characteristic of the invention have a dimension similar to that of the daily sheets of the agenda.

 These additional insert sheets (10) essentially have tabs (11, 12, 13, 14) allowing them to be located inside the diary.

 The tabs can be of several types, namely to be either of identical size from one sheet to another, but to be shifted along an edge of the sheet (Figure 2), or even to present an increasing size of one sheet to another so as to cause an overlap (Figure 4).

 Advantageously, the tabs (11-14) may include an indication concerning the main period within which the sheet is intended to be inserted.

 According to another essential characteristic of the invention, these intermediate sheets (10) have a plurality of perforations (16) on one edge allowing cooperation with the rings (4).

 More specifically, these perforations (16) must imperatively have an open area (7) connecting them with the edge (18) of the sheet.

 Indeed, such open areas or slots (17) allow the introduction and removal of the rings during the establishment, then the extraction of the interlayer sheet without opening the rings.

 Multiple ways of making these notches are possible, the invention is not limited to the two threshold forms illustrated in Figures 5 and 6, which constitute exemplary embodiments.

 It can be seen in these figures that advantageously but not necessarily, the aperture area of the perforation has at the edge of the sheet (18) a convergent shape (19, 20) ensuring easy placement inside the rings.

 In this way, thanks to this set of perforations, the sheets can be positioned as desired by the user, and preferably are placed on the page corresponding to today's date.

 Figures 2 to 4 illustrate examples of the type of information that can be summarized on the characteristic dividers.

 Thus, as can be seen in FIG. 2, the interlayer (10) can present on a face a table corresponding to a monthly schedule. In this case, the set of dividers comprises twelve elements.

 This tab therefore brings together the entire monthly schedule and allows, when it is next to a daily sheet (see Figure 1) to locate the tasks of the day in relation to all of the tasks of the month.

 FIGS. 3 and 4 illustrate two other types of information which may prove to be interesting to see evolving thanks to the displacement of the characteristic interlayer.

 Thus, if we look at Figure 3, the upper area monitors current projects. It is therefore possible, as the days go by, to note the progress of this or that project, by embellishing it, as suggested in the lower section of notes and comments.

 The example illustrated in Figure 4 shows that it is possible to indicate, as foreseen in the upper part, the "priority objectives and actions of the month", that is to say to summarize all the tasks planned for this period. The lower part of the sheet illustrated in FIG. 4, called "end-of-month point" makes it possible to draw up an assessment of the objectives listed in the upper part of FIG. 4. This corresponds to the concept of management by objective.

 I1 emerges from the above that the invention allows monitoring of deadlines more effectively by allowing the movement over time of a summary sheet that is available with regard to the date of the day. The set of characteristic dividers also allows thanks to its side tabs to easily locate the position of today's date, like a bookmark.

 The invention is therefore particularly suitable for monitoring monthly objectives, for managing by objective, whether it be a professional or personal project.

 It also facilitates the management of industrial tasks, for example in a design office, but also well suited to monitoring commercial or tax deadlines.

 Apart from the time management applications offered by the agenda, the invention can also be applied more generally to any type of works or files linked by rings.

 Thus, for example, the invention can be used in product catalogs in the form of a binder and in which the movable interlayer serving as a bookmark acts as a support for the purchase order.

 In another application, the invention can be used in a specification, or any general file in which the interlayer serves as a summary sheet which can be compared with the different information, as the reading.
