Abstract

The swimming pool is made from a supple and impermeable material, e.g. PVC coated with polyester, (10) in a circular bowl shape, and has its upper rim equipped with an inflatable annular roll (2). The roll is made from a rolled and welded strip of PVC which is extended downwards by a flap, and both the upper edge of the pool and the flap have reinforcing strips (3, 4) welded to them which clip together by interlocking faces. The reinforcing strips are made, for example, from extruded PVC.
