Abstract

Machine for small-scale production of bars of soap, consists of a loader (1) with systems for adding colours, perfumes and other additives, a mixer (3), a refiner, a length cutter (6), presses (7, 10, 11, 12) and a cooler (11), is new. The machine has a recycling system for surplus or incorrectly moulded material comprising two conveyors (8, 14) which take the material back to the mixer after the length cutter and presses.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif ayant vocation à constituer une ligne de production, d'élaboration et de façonnage à capacité réduite pour savonnettes. The present invention relates to a device intended to constitute a production, preparation and shaping line with reduced capacity for soaps.

Selon une troisième caractéristique l'invention permet l'élaboration et le façonnage des savonnettes par un système de recyclage en boucle en deux points, d'une part en sortie de coupe à longueur et, d'autre part, en sortie de presse. Selon une quatrième caractéristique l'invention permet par son système de recyclage en boucle en deux points de supprimer toute nécessité de réapprovisionnement en matière. Selon une cinquième caractéristique la ligne d'élaboration et de façonnage est équipée d'un système de supervision par moniteur informatique. Selon une sixième caractèristique liée à son caractère modulaire et adaptable à tous besoins, le dispositif constituant l'invention peut se présenter sous trois configurations distinctes A, B et C, le tout selon les figures ci-après annexées et exposant le mode d'agencement particulier des machines constituant l'invention ainsi que leur mode de réalisation, savoir a)- dispositif en configuration A selon la numérotation des figures : 1.- une machine chargeur de bondillons; 2.- un groupe de systèmes de distribution doté de trois couleurs de base, parfum et additif; 3.- un mélangeur; 4.- une affineuse; 5.une boudineuse; 6.- une coupe à longueur; 7.- un système de déviation renvoyant en début de ligne les savonnettes non encore façonnées au départ en cas d'arrêt de la presse; 8 et 14.- un système retour affineuse; 9.- un convoyeur accélérateur; 10.- un ensemble presse; 11.- un ensemble refroidisseur; 12.- un ensemble outil presse; 13.- un groupe de contrôlecommande superviseur par moniteur informatique. Thus, according to a first characteristic, the invention consists of an arranged succession of on-line machines, autonomous or not, of very reduced dimensions compared to the normal scale of these machines.
