Abstract

A device for redressing a deformed element consists of a means of exerting a pressure (3) on the deformed element (2), a means of heating (6) the deformed element, at least one support reinforcement (5) secured to the deformed element, optionally a template (7) forming the original shape of the deformed element and optionally on external support. Also claimed is a method of repowering deformed elements consisting of: introducing the pressure exerting means (3) onto the deformed element on the opposite side of the submitted to deformation; placing the reinforcement (5) so that means (3) is between it and the element; introducing the template (7) between the pressure exerting means and the element, activate the pressure exerting means; heat the deformed element and optionally beat the element with the aid of a former adapted to the sheet thickness, for furnishing a lamp is used to show any lost imperfections to be redressed.
