Abstract

The bag (10) comprises a principal body (11) defining an envelope with a closed bottom (14). The bottom has a couple of opposite inward directed side folds whose lower ends are in contact and overlapping. The overlapping end sections of the folds and the sides surrounding the bottom are joined together by hot welding. They define, when in the deployed state, a couple of reinforcing, divergent opposite folds (17) in the shape of gussets. These extend from the bag central zone (19).
