Abstract

The box has a lid (1) that has inner teeth (2) which screw on to the box and make it watertight. The lid has two outer projections (3) which facilitate its opening. A slight hollow (4) in the top of the lid can hold a name plate or an engraved name. Round the outer surface of the lid there is a circular groove and flexible rods can fixed in this. A buoy can be fixed in the groove to make the box unsinkable. The base of the box has two loops through which a belt can be threaded.
