Abstract

The boot is fixed to a snow board by two straps (3,4,3a,4a) that are fixed to the board by one end. Their free ends are joined to a bar (7) and this is clipped to the board on the other side of the boot. The bar has notches (15) on its outer surface and the clip has corresponding notches on its inner surface. The front end of the bar has an open fork (13) which engages on a stud (14) fixed to the board. The bar articulates on the stud to pull the straps towards the clip.
