Abstract

The container (2) comprises two sliding parts (1,2) and an indicating lamp (8). An electronic sound alarm (9) is fitted to the exterior face of the container. The container base (1) has four compartments each of which has inside a lamp as an aid to compartment recognition. The container also includes a memory which at the correct time for taking the medicament controls the opening of the parts for access to the compartment (3). These days, there is no effective way to remind the user to take their medication at a given time. Current devices only allow storage. Taking medication is not a natural act in itself unless the person has to take it all his life, in this case it becomes almost automatic
On the other hand, people who do not usually take medication on a regular basis are likely to forget about it. As well as people with visual or hearing disabilities, women using the contraceptive pill.

With this device, the risk of forgetting to take your medication becomes minimal or zero if you carry the device with you (bag, satchel, pocket ...). This would allow many people to regain a certain level of autonomy. taking tablets at a fixed time.

The device according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks.

 It indeed has, according to a first characteristic, a sliding box comprising on its outer face a time display dial, the alarm and light of which are triggered at the desired times by the use of the three keys allowing the programming of the clock . Finally a metal plate covers all the elements in order to protect them. The inner part of the case is made up of four storage compartments.

Figure 1 shows the device according to the invention.

With reference to this drawing, the device comprises a housing with a hollow lower part (1) shared across its width by four compartments of equal size (3) intended to receive the tablets for taking in the morning, noon, evening, bedtime. The lower part is traversed in its two lengths by two slots (4) allowing the upper part (2) to slide.

The upper part (2) consists of a dial (6) allowing the time display which is programmed using three (7) and (10) arranged under the dial (6). the menu, programming and validation of the program, the key (10) allows the buzzer to stop or put the device in standby mode.

In addition, a flashing light (8) is triggered simultaneously with the bell (9) at the programmed time.

According to a variant not illustrated, after each last scheduled daily intake a voice box reminds the user to reload its compartments.

According to a second variant not shown, an eccentric motor is triggered at the same time as the alarm and the indicator light.

According to a third variant not illustrated, an electronic memory controls the opening of the box corresponding to the compartment and at the time of taking the drugs.
According to a fourth variant not illustrated, the device can be specially manufactured for the contraceptive pill, having no compartment, but nevertheless having the same specificities and the same advantages as the device according to the first invention and thus the woman can directly slide its plate into the housing.

By way of nonlimiting example, the box will have dimensions of the order of 0 cm for the length and 8 cm for the width. The device of the invention is particularly intended to remind the taking of drugs.
