Abstract

The cooking pot has a pot main part (1) with an under side in the middle of which is an inlet (11) for hot air. A holding element (15) is provided in the inlet and has a conical middle hole (15) in which a bearing (14) is situated. A turbine wheel (12) having a wheel axle (13) is rotary supported in the bearing. A plate (2) is arranged inside the main part above the turbine wheel and has a ring-formed recess (21) provided around its edge with several radial fat grooves (23) and radial ribs (23) provided in its middle surrounded by the recess. The radial grooves are inclined downwards towards the recess and guided the collected fat towards the ring formed recess. Each radial rib has several air holes (231) for letting through hot air from the inlet. A grill (3) is provided above the plate and over which a pot lid (4) is provided which covers the pot main part.
