Abstract

The system includes a solar cell array (1), a utilisation circuit (9) and the regulator (5) mounted in the utilisation circuit (9) which can open or close the circuit (9) as a function of: i) parameters relative to the operation of the installation; ii) parameters relating to the quantity of electricity used; iii) duration of operation of the installation, and; iv) other criteria stored in an associated memory. The regulator (5) is associated with the peripheral unit (15), designed to receive data which can be processed by the regulator, and which can modify the operational criteria of the regulator. Counters associated with the regulator (5) determine a consumption credit expressed in whole number units n corresponding either to the duration of installation use, or to the energy produce by the installation or to a relationship between these two magnitudes. The transmission of data from the peripheral device to the utilisation device is e.g. by a known telephone line.
