Abstract

Prothèse fémorale de reconstruction, utilisée en chirurgie, plus particulièrement pour la chirurgie de la hanche dégénérative, tumorale et traumatologique ainsi que la chirurgie de reprise, caractérisé en ce qu'elle comporte différents éléments entièrement modulables, un système de réglage pas à pas de l'angle d'antéversion, 8 saillies longitudinales sur la tige diaphysaire et un système anti-migration de la tige diaphysaire par appui sur le haut du trochanter.

Description

DESCRIPTION.
La présente invention a pour objet une prothèse fémorale de reprise ou de reconstruction utilisée pour la chirurgie de la hanche.
Lors de la pose d'une prothèse de hanche le réglage de l'antéversion est donné soit par la prothèse elle même, soit par son positionnement.
Il est nécessaire de palier à ce genre de problème, lors notamment d'une prothèse cimenté.
Conformément à l'invention, et selon une première caractéristique ce but est facilité par un système d'assemblage arbre/alésage tronconique cannelé.
Permettant ainsi un réglage correct de l'anteversion après impaction de la tige diaphysaire.
La deuxième caractéristique de l'invention, repose sur la modularité totale des différents éléments du système. Partie diaphysaire, partie métaphysaire et partie épiphysaire.
Permettant d'obtenir des combinaisons multiples pouvant s'adapter rapidement à des situations chirurgicales complexes.
La troisième caractéristique de l'invention, concerne le mode d'assemblage des différentes parties. Cet assemblage se fait par emboîtement tronconique, verrouillé par une vis d'union supprimant ainsi le jeu entre les différentes parties de la prothèse.

La figure 3 représente la pièce diaphysaire.
La figure 4 représente la vis d'union, qui permettra une fois bloqué de rendre l'ensemble solidaire.
La figure 5 représente l'ensemble du système dans sa position assemblé avec une vue en élévation du système de cannelure permettant un réglage optimum et précis de l'anteversion.
Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à la chirurgie de la hanche dégénérative, tumorale et traumatologique ainsi que la chirurgie de reprise souvent complexe et difficile.
Enfin, ce matériel ne nécessite pas une instrumentation particulière pour sa pose.

  1. REVENDICATIONS
    Prothèse fémorale de reprise ou de reconstruction , utilisée en chirurgie, plus particulièrement pour la chirurgie de la hanche dégénérative, tumorale et traumatologique ainsi que la chirurgie de reprise.
    Caractérisé par son système de réglage de l'anteversion et par sa modularité totale.
  2. 2 Prothèse fémorale selon la revendication i caractérisé par son systéme d'assemblage arbre/alésage tronconique cannelé (5).
  3. 3 Prothèse fémorale selon la revendication 2 caractérisé par sa modularité totale des différents éléments du système. Partie diaphysaire, partie métaphysaire et partie épiphysaire. ( 1 ) (2a) ( 2b ) ( 3 ).
  4. 4 Prothèse fémorale selon la revendication 3 caractérisé par le mode d'assemblage tronconique ( 5 ) supprimant ainsi le jeu entre les différentes parties de la prothèse.
