Abstract

Treatment of cellulite marks comprises applying a heating and then a cooling substance to the surface of a body and compressing. Application of the cooling substance and compression are carried out simultaneously using pressure bands into which the cooling substance is incorporated. The heating substance is a temp. greater than room temp. and is a gel, lotion, emulsion or compsn. contg. active ingredients with vasodilation or rubefacient properties, e.g. extracts of plants and/or salicylic derivatives and/or nicotinic acid esters. The cooling is carried out with ingredients which produce cooling by evaporation, e.g. solvents such as alcohols, ethers, esters, ketones, hydrocarbons or halogen compounds of hydrocarbons.

Description

 The present invention relates to a method of aesthetic treatment of a human being as well as substances designed for its implementation.

 It will find its applications, for example, in the treatment of marks of cellulite. In general, it can also be used in all areas in which it is necessary to implement aesthetic treatments of the human body allowing, in particular, to improve the silhouette of an individual.

 It may also find its applications, for example, in all areas of economic activity in which it is necessary to meet the substances designed for the implementation of the process according to the invention.

 As for the example of the marks of cellulite, these manifest themselves, most often, in the form of fatty deposits. Unattractive in appearance, we generally want to make them disappear or, at least, reduce them in order to make the silhouette more pleasant and the skin a smoother surface.

 Currently, in order to avoid these fatty deposits, various massage techniques are known during which a composition is applied to the part of the human body that one wishes to treat.

 Although satisfactory in certain cases, these treatments generally have the disadvantage, to be effective, of being long and tedious.

 The purpose of the present invention is to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks and to propose a method of aesthetic treatment of a human being as well as substances designed for its implementation which make it possible to slim the silhouette of an individual and to beautify the skin.

 One of the aims of the present invention is to provide a method of aesthetic treatment of a human being as well as substances designed for its implementation which make it possible to eliminate or reduce the marks of cellulite.

 Another object of the present invention is to provide a method of aesthetic treatment of a human being as well as substances designed for its implementation which also make it possible to cause weight loss.

 Another object of the present invention is to provide a method of aesthetic treatment of a human being which is easy to implement and whose effects are rapid.

 Another object of the present invention is to provide a method of aesthetic treatment of a human being which can be implemented by the person who wishes to treat himself.

 Other objects and advantages of the present invention will appear during the description which follows which is given only for information and which is not intended to limit it.

The present invention relates to a method of aesthetic treatment of a human being, for example having marks of cellulite, in which
- a heating substance is applied to a body surface to be treated,
- then a cooling substance is then applied to said surface to be treated,
- said surface is compressed.

 The invention also relates to a first substance designed for the implementation of the aesthetic treatment method described above, characterized in that it consists of a gel, lotion, emulsion or heating composition comprising active principles having properties vasodilators and / or reddening.

 The invention also relates to a second substance designed for the implementation of the aesthetic treatment method described above, characterized in that it consists of a gel, lotion, emulsion or cooling composition comprising active, volatile principles, able to produce evaporative refrigeration.

 The present invention will be better understood if reference is made to the description which follows and to the accompanying drawings which form an integral part thereof.

 FIG. 1 describes a first step of an example of implementation of the method according to the invention.

 FIG. 2 describes a second step of the example of implementation illustrated in FIG. 1.

 The present invention relates to a method of aesthetic treatment of a human being. It will find its applications in particular in the field of skin beautification, for example, in the treatment of marks of cellulite.

 In general, it can be used in all areas in which it is necessary to implement aesthetic treatments of the human body allowing, in particular, to improve the silhouette of an individual.

 If we refer to Figures 1 and 2, we see that, according to the aesthetic treatment process, according to the invention, of a human being, for example, having cellulite, a heating substance 1 is applied to a body surface 2 to be treated then a cooling substance 3 is then applied to said surface to be treated 2. The succession of these two stages of heating and cooling makes it possible to stimulate, locally, at the level of the surface 2 treated, the skin and thus improve the silhouette.

 According to the particular example of application illustrated, the surface 2 consists, in particular, of the upper part of the thighs. More generally, it will be any body surface presenting an aspect which one wishes to improve.

 Said surface 2 is also compressed, for example, as illustrated by the arrow marked 5. According to a particular embodiment of the method according to the invention, the cooling substance 3 is applied by compressing the surface 2 to be treated simultaneously.

 For this, provision is made, for example, for strips 4 comprising the cooling substance 3 and the surface to be treated 2 is compressed with said strips 4. It is, in particular, a moderate tightening so as not to risk the formation a garot.

 According to an example of implementation, the strips 4 are applied for approximately five minutes on the surface 2 to be treated. They are made, for example, from cotton.

 The cooling substance 3 is, in particular, impregnated in the strips 4. This operation can be provided, for example, a few minutes before the application of said strips 4 on the area to be treated.

 In the case of a cooling substance 3 in the form of an aqueous solution, a strip 4 can be impregnated with approximately 50 ml of cooling substance 3.

 According to a particular embodiment, the heating substance 1 is heated to a temperature above ambient temperature, prior to its application, in particular by friction between the hands.

 The heating substance 1 can be applied, for example, five minutes. This application can be either direct, or carried out by means of bands, or the like.

Thus, by way of nonlimiting example, according to the method according to the invention:
- the heating substance 1 is heated,
- it is applied for approximately five minutes on the surface to be treated 2,
- the strips 4 are impregnated with the cooling substance 3,
- applying the strips 4 soaked on the surface to be treated 2 by slightly compressing it.

 The present invention also relates to a first substance designed for the implementation of the aesthetic treatment method described above. It consists of a gel, lotion, emulsion or heating composition comprising active principles having vasodilating and / or rubefying properties.

 Such thermodynamic agents allow, at the surface 2 to be treated to which they are applied, to cause, in particular, a peripheral vasodilation. Since the blood circulation is stimulated in the vicinity of the skin, at the level of the body surface 2 to be treated, local skin heating occurs, leading to tissue dilation.

 The active ingredients are, for example, plant extracts and / or salicylated derivatives and / or esters of nicotinic acid.

 By way of example, it is possible to choose, as plant extracts, essential oils and / or essences such as, in particular turpentine, chilli, thyme, camphor, and / or even, caffeine and / or extracts of brown algae and / or others.

 These active ingredients can be used alone or as a mixture in proportions of 0.01 to 5.00% for each of them, the proportions being given by weight.

 The present invention also relates to a second substance designed for the implementation of the aesthetic treatment method described above.

 It consists of a gel, lotion, emulsion or cooling composition, such as, in particular, an aqueous solution comprising active principles, volatile, capable of producing refrigeration by evaporation.

 These cryostimulating agents allow, by evaporating on contact with the skin, to produce cooling by removing the calories necessary for their phase change. Thus, locally, at the level of the treated body surface 2, a contraction of the tissues is obtained.

 The active ingredients are, for example, solvents such as alcohols and / or ethers and / or esters and / or ketones and / or hydrocarbons and / or halogenated compounds of hydrocarbons and / or others.

 The alcohols are, in particular, methyl, ethyl, propyl and / or butanolic alcohols.

 According to a particular embodiment of the invention, the cooling substance also comprises substances capable of giving a feeling of freshness.

It may be, for example, menthol, in particular in proportions of 0.02 to 1.00% by weight of the substance, and / or natural or synthetic essences of plants, in particular in proportions of 0, 02 to 5.00% by weight of the substance.

 The heating and cooling substances constituting, in particular, cosmetic preparations, the various active principles used must be compatible with the basis of said preparations and authorized by the laws in force.

 Naturally, other implementations of the present invention, within the reach of those skilled in the art, could have been envisaged without departing from the scope of the present application.

A method of aesthetic treatment of a human being, for example having marks of cellulite, in which  - a heating substance is applied to a body surface to be treated,  - then a cooling substance is then applied to said surface to be treated,  - said surface is compressed.  2. Method according to claim, characterized in that the cooling substance is applied by compressing the surface to be treated simultaneously.  3. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that there are provided strips comprising the cooling substance and the area to be treated is compressed with said strips.  4. Method according to claim 3, characterized in that one impregnates the cooling substance in the strips a few minutes before their application on the area to be treated.  5. Method according to claim 5, characterized in that the heating substance is heated to a temperature above room temperature before its application.  6. Substance designed for the implementation of the aesthetic treatment method according to claim 1, characterized in that it consists of a gel, lotion, emulsion, or heating composition comprising active principles having vasodilator properties and / or rubefying.  7. Substance according to claim 6, characterized in that the active ingredients are plant extracts and / or salicylated derivatives and / or esters of nicotinic acid.  8. Substance designed for the implementation of the aesthetic treatment process according to claim 1, characterized in that it consists of a gel, lotion, emulsion, or cooling composition comprising active, volatile principles, capable of producing evaporative refrigeration.  9.
