Abstract

In the circuit breaker, the opening and closure of each breaking chamber (1-3) are effected by a shaft (7) rotated by a controller (16) via a rod (15) and crank (8'). Each moving contact is operated by a lever (11) pivoted about a fixed axis (12) and jointed to an actuating rod (10) whose other end (9) is raised and lowered by a parallel crank (8).
