Abstract

The garments are made from a polarised film material having a single direction of polarisation so that they appear non-transparent when exposed to a polarised light source. The garments are made from cut-out sections which are joined together by adhesive, welding, fastening rings or other means. In its simplest form the garment can be a tube of dimensions appropriate to the wearer, held in place by shoulder straps.
