Abstract

The automatic vending machine for newspapers (1) has an enclosure (2) housing a series of racks (3) that each hold a stack of the one newspaper. The enclosure has a door (4) which when opened allows the user to remove a newspaper from one of the racks. The racks are fixed to a belt (5) that runs over an upper (10) and lower pulley (10), so the racks can move vertically.
