Abstract

Plant consists of a series of tanks of small dimensions a lifting well (1), a high-load tank (2), low-load tanks (6 - 17), a clarifier (18) and a sediment tank (19). The tanks are all prefabricated to obtain a modular arrangement, with valves (5) between the modules to allow the waste water flow rate to be managed. The number and size of the tanks are determined by the requirements of the plant, and the tanks can be made from materials such as cement, fibreglass, enamelled or stainless steel.
