Abstract

A tamper-resistant packaging box, e.g. made of cardboard, comprising a container (R) inside an outer portion (E). One side only of the container includes an openable wall (3) with an opening/closing flap (1), and the side of the outer portion facing the opening/closing flap (1) has a security abutment (5). Said container includes a push mechanism (4) which can only be operated when pressure is exerted on the outer portion (E) of the box. Said box is useful for packaging hazardous materials such as chemicals and drugs.

Description

 The present invention relates to a secure cardboard packaging box which can only be opened under the effect of particular manipulations which do not stand in the way of ease of use.

 The opening of cardboard packaging boxes containing so-called dangerous products currently does not present any security with regard to access to the product, which is, in some cases, the cause of accidents, particularly with children.

 The device according to the invention overcomes this drawback.

 I1 indeed comprises, according to a first characteristic, a cardboard box having a single opening through which access to the content is possible. To obtain this opening, it is necessary to push on the part opposite to the access hatch and at the same time pull the opening / closing tab.

The closing of the box is carried out in the same way, that is to say that it is necessary to exert a push on the part opposite to the access hatch and to introduce at the same time the opening tab / closure inside the box.

 It should be noted that if these manipulations are not observed, the opening of the box cannot be done by a simple pull of the hatch because the opening / closing tab is blocked thus preventing any opening.

 The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention.

Figure 1 shows the front of the cutout, the fold lines and the bonding points of the device according to the invention.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, the bonding points are identified by the characters a, b, c, d, e, as well as the corresponding positioning points, identified respectively by a ', b', c ', d' and e '.

The dotted lines represent, in Figures 1 and 2, the interior fold lines.

 With reference to these drawings, the device comprises an opening / closing tab (1) reinforced on the sides by the bonding of a on a 'and b on b' (Figure 1).

The blocking stop (2) is produced by partial bonding at both ends of e on e 'of the opening / closing tab (I) (Figure 2).

The access hatch (3) includes the opening / closing tab (1), the locking stop (2) and the two adjoining side bellows (6).

The pushing mechanism (4), part opposite to the access hatch (3), comprises two adjoining side bellows (6).

The safety stop (5) is achieved by partial bonding at both ends of c on c '(Figure 1).

 The length of the opening / closing tab (1), the locking stop (2), and the safety stop (5) as well as the position of the locking stop (2) on the opening tab / closing (1) relative to the safety stop (5) are such that a low pressure exerted by the user on the pushing mechanism (4) allows the opening and / or closing of the access door (3). This manipulation allows the inclination of the opening / closing tab (1) thus releasing the locking stop (2) from the safety stop (5).

When pulling on the access door (3), without pressure on the pushing mechanism (4), the locking stop (2) of the opening / closing tab (1) is positioned against the stop security (5) thus preventing any opening.

The purpose of the bellows (6) is to make the entire device airtight, thereby preventing any access to the content.

 As an example for a rectangular shaped box, the width, the length and the height are not limiting.

The reference, used to determine the widths of the opening / closing tab (1), the locking stop (2) and the safety stop (5), is defined by the height h (figure 1) of the box.

The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the packaging of products to be protected, which can be dangerous, in particular with children.
