Abstract

Quick mix casting process for prodn. of body parts for heating appliances, esp. radiant panels, uses a casting resin system comprising XD 5250 (RTM: epoxy resin), prefilled and mixed under vacuum, XD 5200 (RTM: hardener) and DY 5200 (RTM: accelerator). Pref. resin XD 5250 (RTM), prefilled and mixed under vacuum with hardener Xd 5200 (RTM) and accelerator DY5200 (RTM), is cast under pressure at 120 deg C +/- 20 deg C into a mould, hardened for 2 hrs. at 120 deg C. and then for 2 hrs. at 135 deg C., demoulded and post cured for ca. 10 hrs. at room temp.

La présente invention est créée d'un souhait de fabriquer des carrosseries d'appareils de chauffage notamment pour des PANNEAUX RAYONNANTS pouvant allier simultanément: - I'obtention de formes irréalisables en acier, - de produire une carrosserie répondant aux normes en vigueur, - de garantir une résistance mécanique et thermique compatible avec l'utilisation de l'appareil, - de fabriquer un produit fini en une seule opération, - de fabriquer tous types et modèles d'appareils de chauffage utilisant ce procédé.
