Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de dévisser un tube sans désolidariser le bouchon (6). Il est constitué d'un entonnoir (1) muni d'une bille (3). Lorsque l'utilisateur veut prendre le produit du tube il lui suffit de dévisser le bouchon sans l'enlever. La pression exercée sur le tube fait remonter la bille et laisse échapper la matière. A la fermeture une petite quantité restera sur le bouchon qui sera facilement otée par essuyage sur palette, doigt, chiffon, etc... Ce dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destinée aux tubes de peinture pour artistes.

Description

DESCRIPTION
La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour empêcher les matières (peintures, pommade, etc... ) de s'infiltrer dans les pas de vis des tubes munis de bouchon.
L'ouverture des tubes traditionnels s'effectue en dévissant un bouchon.
Ce dispositif selon l'invention permet donc de ne plus désolidariser le bouchon du tube et de remédier à l'encrassement des pas de vis.
II comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique, un entonnoir qui se glisse dans l'ouverture du tube et qui vient s'ajuster sur la paroi intérieure d'un bouchon percée a son extrémité.
Cet entonnoir reçoit une bille qui assure une double étanchéité à la foi par sa base et son sommet.
Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention.
La figure 1 représente en coupe le dispositif selon l'invention.
Les figures 2, 3, 4 et 5 représentent en coupe des variantes non limitatives de ce dispositif.
En référence à ces dessins, le dispositif comporte un entonnoir (1) qui comporte une saillie à sa base (2) (facultative). La bille (3) comporte deux tiges (4) terminées d'ergots (5) empêchant d'obstruer l'orifice du bouchon (6) lorsqu'elle est sollicitée par une pression.
Dans la forme de réalisation selon la figure 2, l'entonnoir (1) sera plus épais permettant l'emplacement d'une bille de plus faible volume.
Selon la figure 3, une bague filetée (1) intérieure et extérieure s'interpose entre le pas de vis du bouchon et du tube permettant un évasement plus grand de l'entonnoir (2).
Selon la figure 4, la bague filetée (1) est combinée avec l'entonnoir.
Selon la figure 5, l'entonnoir (1) est solidaire de la bille, elle comporte un orifice à sa base et des galeries sur les côtés.
Le Dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné aux tubes de peinture pour artistes.

Claims (4)

  1. REVENDICATIONS
    I) Dispositif anti-salissure pour pas de vis des tubes caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un entonnoir (1) qui se glisse dans le tube venant s'ajuster sur la paroi interne du bouchon (6).
  2. 2) Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'entonnoir (1) reçoit une bille (3) assurant une double étanchéité.
  3. 3) Dispositif selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que la bille placée dans un espace (7) reste toujours en contact avec les produits empêchant ainsi le séchage.
  4. 4) Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le bouchon (6) percé à son extrémité permet de ne plus désolidariser le bouchon du tube.
