Abstract

The box is made from a single panel of corrugated cardboard, cut out and folded to make a rectangular parallelepiped box with at least one opening end. The opening end of the box is made from at least two inner panels (4, 8) and one or more outer panels (2, 6), the edges of which lie parallel to the directions of the corrugations in the cardboard. The inner panels have slots (14) in them, and the outer panels have tabs (16) on their edges which fold over and engage with the slots. The opening end has a slot (22) which forms a handle and can be extended to allow documents or other papers to be inserted after the box has been closed.

Claims
