Abstract

A shower or toilet cabin is made from laminated glass, polyester and resin with an inner gel-coat surface, and has ceiling walls and floor assembled from four or five sections and bolted together. The cabin floor is reinforced with an agglomerated complex to provide a thickness of 22 mm. It is made in one piece and has a raised shower tray with a drain trap, and can have a gel-coat non-slip surface, tiles or plastic, and is equipped with height adjusters. The main part of the floor is flat and low-level, and the cabin may have a door permitting wheelchair access.

Description

 The present invention relates to the development of a new frame of prefabricated cabins (shower-basin, vasciue-uc, basin-shower-wc) in glass-polyester laminate, M2 resin with interior surface in gel-coat or any other material ., all comprising a technical sheath and access hatch to this sheath, made up of 4 or 5 parts (depending on the model), which can be assembled by bolts to the ceiling, the walls, the floor.

 The material, composite floor is reinforced with an agglomerated complex giving a thickness of approximately 22 minutes. The whole of this bottom is monobloc, with siphon of floor or gutter molded in polyester with stainless steel grid for the models intended for the retirement homes and the handicapped people, and with raised shower molded with the bottom in the case of cabins with flat bottom.

 The floor may include an el-coat finish with non-slip relief, tiled floor or plastic floor. The cabin, thus mounted, rests on ice rifles or directly on the bottom.

 The majority of cabins of this type rest on rails with adjusting bolts, which obliges the contracting authorities to have to make a disbursement in the slabs of the buildings or to accept a step to climb into the car. Usually, the cabins use floor drains to catch the splashes.

The device that I propose allows, while guaranteeing the tightness of the bottom, since the shower is molded and not added, since the shower is raised and the shower curtain prevents projections, the installation of flat-bottomed cabins directly on the existing tiling or floor, allowing easy access to all people who have difficulty moving (elderly, sick, disabled, etc.)
Figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 show a new range of cabins with the possibility of manufacturing with flat-bottomed floor or with raised floor on adjusting jacks.

 Figure 10 shows the manufacturing plan of the flat bottom.

Figure 11 shows a model cabin for elderly people with reduced mobility, with the possibility of access to a wheelchair.

 FIG. 12 represents the section of a molded channel with grid with vertical or horizontal outlet at the end of this channel.

 Figures 13 and 14 correspond to the form of the model for the disabled with lateral translation access to the toilet and the shower, as well as the cross-section of the production of the floor and the direction of drainage.

 Figure 15 shows the section of a flat-bottom cabin with raised shower.
