Abstract

A flexible lighter carrier piece (9) is assembled to a right angled leg (7) on the same axis (5) by a rivet (1). The lighter carrier rotates against the leg around the rivet axis. A hole (8) situated in the vertical part of the leg and a hole (10) at the centre of the lighter carrier allow passage of the assembly rivet.On its vertical part the right angled leg has two small tongues (4) which hold the width of the cigarette packet. There is also a lug (6) which acts a stop during rotation of the lighter carrier. On the horizontal part of the leg are two lugs (2) which wedge the leg once the cigarette packet is introduced into the lower fold. The lighter carrier has four small holes (11) around its axis so that the lug enters into one of the small holes thus locking the lighter carrier in position.

Description

The present invention consists of a device for fixing the lighter or

  any other object (packet of chewing gum, lipstick, ect ...), on a packet of cigarettes to allow the user to constantly have the lighter with his packet, and without having to separate the two elements, it will be enough to exercise a simple rotation of 90

  degrees, on the lighter to have the fire necessary for ignition.

  Generally, the user searches for his lighter without success, often

  not finding it or no longer, which annoys him.

  The device of this invention initially allows,

  to constantly have the whole (Package + Lighter) always associated.

  In a second step, thanks to a simple rotation of 90 degrees exerted on the lighter, without dissociating this set, to have

the fire necessary for ignition.

  The horizontal part of the device slides into the lower right or left slot of the cigarette pack. Once fully pushed, the two lugs fit into the package and are placed just behind the carton of the package, which allows to block and

to immobilize the device.

  The vertical part of the invention is pressed against the side of the package. Two small tabs enclose the package across its width

  to reinforce the immobilization of the device.

  general conception of the invention.
