Abstract

The invention relates to a device for rapidly adjusting the height of an inclined work surface, the inclination remaining independent of the height although it is adjustable. The device according to the invention consists of identical pairs of supports, at least one of the supports of each pair of supports being such that the three end points on the ground, articulation and upper end are not aligned. and at least one of the supports of each support pair which can be provided with a station system allowing the adjustment of the inclination of the work surface (3) which is connected in rotation at the points A and A 'with the supports of ends A, B and A ', B'. It also consists of a rack or any other adjustment and locking system and a spring facilitating the use and maintaining the cohesion of the whole. The device according to the invention constitutes, among other things, a support for school, office or business activity.

Description

The present invention relates to a system for adjusting the height of a

  fixed or adjustable tilting plane

independent of the height.

  Traditionally, there are systems of variable height planes without inclination, systems with variable inclination without height adjustment or systems whose height and inclination settings are

  dependents and lead to compromises.

  The system, according to the invention, makes it possible to adjust the height by acting on the angle DOB, equal to the angle D'O'B ', as shown in FIG. 1. Claims (4)

  1) Device for adjusting the height of an inclined working plane, the inclination of which has been fixed independently of the height of the plane, characterized in that it associates identical pairs of supports, at least one of the supports each support pair being such that the three end points on the ground, joint and upper end are not aligned and at least one of the supports of each pair of supports can be provided with a system of rotation of one strand of the support relative to the other, at any point of the support, allowing   thus the adjustment of the inclination of the worktop.   2) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that at least one of the supports of each pair of supports is equipped with a rotation system.   3) Device according to claim 1 or claim 2 characterized in that a device (4) allows the adjustment and blocking the whole.   4) Device according to any one of the claims   characterized in that a spring (5) tends to   maintain the cohesion of the whole.
