Abstract

The device includes a base (1) on which are fixed two vertical supporting members (2,3) of a flywheel (4) mounted on ball bearings (12). The first member (2) carries a star wheel (5) which consists of six radial beams (6). The second member (3) supports a freewheeling flywheel (4) adjacent to the star wheel. Weights (7) are able to slide radially on the beams (6) of the star wheel (5) and their position is controlled by a stud (8) running in guide rails (10) located around the periphery of the flywheel (4). The superior leverage of the extended weights produces a net torque which drives a pulley (9).

La présente invention concerne un système de transmission d'un mouvement à énergie gravitationnelle à un dispositif de production d'énergie électrique ou mécanique
La production d'énergie électrique ou mécanique est actuellement effectuée à l'aide de moteurs utilisant des carburants ( essence , gas oil ...) des matières organiques ( bois , charbon ..) ou utilisant des énergies : hydraulique éolienne ou nucléaire . Ceci rendant la production de ces énergies dépendantes d'impératifs d'approvisionnement en
matières premiéres , de leurs coùts , ainsi que de l'importance et de la compléxité des installations de production
Le dispositif selon l'invention permet d'éviter ces impératifs , du fait qu'il transmetl'énergie du mouvement gravitationnel à un générateur ou à un mécanisme I1 comporte selon une première caractéristique , un socle dont un support soutient une roue étoile sur les branches de laquelle coulissent des poids égaux pourvus de tétonsguides qui s'insèrent dans la gorge périmétrique d'un volant libre soutenu par le deuxième support du socle . Le volant libre par l'intermédiaire des tétons-guides insérés dans sa gorge périmètrique permet de positionner les poids sur les branches de la roue étoile . L'axe du volant libre est décalé par rapport à l'axe de la roue étoile de façon à ce que son diamètre corresponde à l'écartement à l'horizontale entre le poids situé à l'extrimité d'une branche de la roue étoile et du poids situé le plus prés de l'axe de celle-ci.
