Abstract

The fastener comprises a supple lace (1) and a locking case (2) fixed to the lace and made to take its two ends (3,4). The case has automatic locking connections (7,6,19) which immobilise the ends. A single metal wire (8), folded on itself, is incorporated in the lace along the longitudinal dimension. The wire ends are connected to two electrical contact terminals (11,12) on the casing to allow electrical testing of the wire by a measuring device for verifying continuity. One of the ends (4) of the lace has a key (7) for locking its other end (3) inside the casing. This other end has several slots (6) for passage and immobilisation of the key at the same time as it locks the case.

La présente invention est relative à un dispositif de fermeture pour des conteneurs de transport ou analogues, souples ou rigides, du genre sac postal, colis, emballage de forme ou de dimensions diverses, éventuellement pour un véhicule ou engin de transport similaire, comportant un lacet ou sangle, ou encore un lien souple équivalent, apte à se refermer sur lui-même en engageant ses extrémités dans une cage de liaison, en emprisonnant les bords du sac ou en passant dans des oeillets prévus sur une partie fixe et une partie mobile de l'emballage ou du véhicule, à la manière d'un cadenas notamment. Claims

1 - Closing device for container, provided with means for controlling its inviolability, comprising a flexible lace (1) and a locking cage (2), integral with the lace and arranged to receive the two ends (3, 4) of that -this, the cage comprising self-locking connecting members (7, 6, 19) capable of immobilizing these ends mutually and definitively, characterized in that it comprises a single metal wire (8), preferably folded over it- same, incorporated into the lace according to the longitudinal dimension thereof, the ends of this wire being respectively connected to two contact terminals (11, 12) provided on the cage so as to allow the wire to be electrically connected to a measuring device to check its continuity.

2 - Device according to claim 1, further comprising mechanical locking means, characterized in that one of the ends (4) of the lace (1) comprises a locking key (7) of its other end (3) to inside the cage (2), this other end having at least one window (6) for the passage of the key which immobilizes it, at the same time as it locks vis-à-vis the cage.

3 - Device according to claim 2, characterized in that the other end (3) of the lace (1) comprises a plurality of successive adjacent windows (6), equidistant and each having the same section.

4 - Device according to one of claims 2 or 3, characterized in that the cage (2) has a first slot (13) open towards the outside and into which penetrates without end the end (3) of the lace (1 ) carrying the passage windows (6) of the key (7) as a function of the tightening of the lace with respect to the container, and a second slot (14), extending perpendicular to the first and internally comprising a tongue d flexible immobilization (19), the key provided at the other end of the lace engaging in this second slot by spreading the tongue until it enters the window opposite the opposite end of the lace introduced at the inside the first slot, until this tongue relaxes by entering a recess (24) formed in the key and brought at this instant to the right of the tongue, to immobilize the cage and the two ends of the lace.

5 - Device according to any one of claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the tongue (19) is constituted by an appendage from manufacturing with the locking cage (2) inside the second slot (14) , the tongue being integral with the cage at one end, at the bottom (21) of this second slot, its opposite end (22) being free and disposed in the vicinity of the surface (23) of the slot opposite the bottom, such so that the penetration of the key (7) into the second slot exerts on the tongue a pushing force causing it to bend on itself for the passage of the front part of the key before it relaxes in the recess (24) thereof, provided behind this front part.

6 - Device according to one of claims 4 or 5, characterized in that the second slot (14) of the cage (2) has in its opening through which penetrates the key (7) provided at the end (4) of the lace (1), an enlarged zone (15), located behind the tongue (19) and capable of receiving a collar (25) carried by this end beyond the key, so that, when engaging the key in the window (6) produced on the other end (3) of the lace arranged in the first slot (13), this flange closes the enlarged area by sliding there at least in part, so as to prevent access to the tab inside the second slot from outside the cage.

7 - Device according to one of claims 4 or 5, characterized in that the end (4) of the lace (1) comprising the key (7) is provided with a flat washer which comes into close abutment against the front face of the cage, closing the opening of the second slot.

8 - Device according to any one of claims 5 to 7, characterized in that the front part of the key (7) provided at the end (4) of the lace (1) has a finger-shaped extension (17) , adapted to engage in a receiving housing (18) formed in the extension of the second slot (14) beyond the first (13) inside the cage (2), once the key has passed through the passage window (6) made in one other end.

9 - Transport container, in particular for postal or similar objects, characterized in that it comprises a closing device according to any one of claims 1 to 8.

10 - Installation characterized by the association of a container according to claim 9, characterized in that it comprises an alarm or monitoring device, capable of being connected to the terminals of the metal wire (8) on the locking cage (2).
