Abstract

The alcohol in wine or other fermented drinks is distilled quickly and completely in the claimed device. The liquid is heated by an immersed electrical resistance.

Description

La détermination précise du titre alcoométrique des vins et des milieux fermentés s'obtient généralement par l'une des méthodes suivantes:

Comme c'est souvent le cas avec l'utilisation d'un appareil adapté, on obtient une extraction de l'alcool d'une rigueur parfaitement conforme aux prescriptions communautaires (J.O. du 14/5/1982) et internationales (Recueil O.l.V. de janvier 1990):
"Distiller 5 fois successives un mélange hydrocalcoolique titrant 10 %
V, le distillat doit présenter un titre alcoométrique d'au moins 9,9 % V après la cinquième distillation".
