Abstract

The framework, designed to cover the passenger cab, front and rear structures and the roof, is made from a series of closed frames (11,12,13,14,15) with assembly segments (11a,11b,11c) which are connected rigidly to assembly segments (15a,13b,12c) of adjacent frames in the same or orthogonal planes. Each of the assembly segments has at least two thrust surfaces and is fitted with the aid of spacer wedges (40). The spacer wedges (40) are hollow and can be joined to the frames by adhesive sliding couplings, screws or bolts.
