Abstract

The invention relates to a stand which can be fitted to various types of trolley (truck) in order to provide the user with a work surface, a vice, and also a support for the blow torch. The device consists of an upright (3) serving to fasten onto the trolley and supporting the plate (1). This plate deploys about a spindle and releases the upright (2) which pivots about a spindle and allows the telescopic leg (4) to be unlocked. The device according to the invention is intended to equip the various types of trolley on the market.

The invention relates to a device for adding a small worktop with a vice to different types of trolley, carrying the oxy-acetyknic bottles.
or oxy-propane with a capacity of approximately 1 m3.

 The user of this type of station is often confronted, during troubleshooting, with the problem of maintaining parts to be welded or heated.

This device prevents the user from welding or heating parts:
- on the ground, which risks causing it to deteriorate,
- on the cart, a few centimeters from the bottles, risking an explosion, if the acetylene bottle leaks.

 The invention comprises two legs used to receive the torch, even when lit and allows the user to benefit from safe work and a certain ease, since it is intended for right-handed or left-handed.

 The drawings fig. 1 to 12 represent the various parts constituting the invention.

The plate (1) is made of 20/10 sheet metal on which is fixed a
latch, (7) and the worktop (9) 60 mm from the edge by welding or brazing.

 The shaping will be carried out by stamping, bending and welding.

The upright (2) in 25x25x2 tube has an angle (which determines the
position of the foot, during the implementation of the assembly.

The upright (3) in 25x25x2 tube has an angle p so as not to generate
the opening of the plate (1), a housing is provided for welding the male part
of the mechanical catch (7). The seven holes, diameter 9, receive by riveting the
blind nuts ALU tuf6, used for fixing on different types of trolley.

The latch (7) serves as a block when the assembly is folded. The male part to
weld on the upright (3), the female part to be welded on the plate (1).

A spring plunger (8) which is fixed by welding or force-fitted on the
telescopic leg (4) and offers adjustment and locking thereof.

 The work surface (9) is made of 20/10 sheet metal and supports the vice.

The hook (10) is provided for winding the pipes and being fixed on
different types of cart.

 A rubber or plastic plug (11) is housed in the foot (4).

Claims (7)

 1) Device of the servant type composed of a plate (1) of two uprights (2 and 3) and a telescopic foot (4), characterized by the fact that the upright (3) is fixed on a carriage, the opening of the plate (1) being produced by a slight pull on it, the upright (2) is thereby released and put in place of the telescopic foot (4) by simple pressure on the pusher (8).  2) Device according to claim (1), characterized in that the telescopic leg (4) slides in the upright (2), the upright (2) is inserted in the plate (1) which covers the upright (3) .  3) The device is characterized by the fact that it folds and unfolds at the discretion of the user.  4) The device is characterized by the angle 0 <of the upright (2).  5) The device is characterized by the foot (4), which is telescopic.  6) The device is characterized in that it is provided with a work surface (9).  7) The device is characterized by the shape of the plate (1) which makes it possible to receive a torch.
