Abstract

A cassette tape player (12) is placed in a rubber pocket (6) attached to a nearby wall. A microphone receiver (4) is attached to the lock (5) on the door (14) to be protected. Description

 The present invention relates to a device for protecting boulders, of whatever kind (homes, shops) against a break-in, by the use of a sound track.

 The protection of premises is traditionally carried out using locks and sometimes alarms. But today locks are very often just a formality for burglars, while alarms are often expensive and unreliable. This is why more and more locals are victims of crimes.

 And we are witnessing inainteffent to systems of recording of the infringements with warning by hertzian way (cf. National Patent n "2665007).

 But all these devices have nothing in common with the present invention, except the sound detection mode.

 Indeed, the device according to the invention makes it possible to provide non-negligible security to a room; since the object of the present invention is to feign the presence, at least, of a person, an animal, or an alarm in the room.

In order to frighten the intruder by an unexpected presence and by a suspicious noise which could alert the neighbors.

The system has four distinct elements:
* The reader, most often reader / recorder, of soundtrack with magnetic or digital support, allowing the user to create his own dissuasive signal. it can be of different formats; however, it must have a built-in or distinctive speaker, a microphone jack, and must be equipped with a voice or electronic trigger system for reading the soundtrack which allows the deterrent signal to be emitted when a threshold is exceeded. sound or electric; with an automatic stop after a certain time.

 * The sound receiver (or electric) consisting of an electric wire provided at one end with a plug allowing the connection of the microphone to the reader and at the other end of a sound sensor (or electric) associated with a magnet.

With reference to these drawings, the device comprises
- A sound or magnetic receiver (I) composed of an electric cable (2), with at one end a socket (3) allowing connection to the reader, and at the other end of a receiver (4) associated with a magnet (5). Between the magnet (5) and the receiver (4) there can be an insulator (15). I1 can also include a handle to facilitate handling.

 - A support (6) which can be made of rubber, provided with at least two openings: that allowing the insertion of the reader (7), and that at the height of the loudspeaker of the reader (8).

 The support may also include an orifice (9) to facilitate access to the controls of the reader when the latter is placed in its support.

 The support is to the reader's dimensions; in addition it may include a storage pocket (10) for the microphone, when the device is not being used.

 Finally, it can be fitted with fixing points at its ends (i 1) which are screws or magnets.

- A classic installation is in the following form:
The cassette (or disc) player (12) is placed in its support (6), fixed on a metal cabinet (for example), located near the entry door (14) where the break-in must take place, by magnets (11).

 Note the microphone wire (2) which is connected to the reader (12) and whose receiver (4) is placed on the lock (15) of the door (14) thanks to its magnet.

 So when the reading system by vocal (or electric) triggering is activated, if a person places a key or any other object on or in the lock, it causes enough noise to exceed the starting threshold and therefore activates involuntarily reading the pre-recorded signal simulating the presence, in the room, of a person, an animal, or an alanine.

 The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the protection (by deterrence) of apartments or houses.

Claims (9)

 1) Premises protection device characterized by the triggering of the reading of a soundtrack with magnetic or digital support, a magnetic stripe reader (12) or digital provided with a loudspeaker as well as the setting system automatic reading, as soon as a sound or electric threshold is exceeded, and with automatic stop after a certain time.  2) The device according to claim 1) with a reader-recorder (12) allowing the owner to create his own deterrent signal.  3) The device according to any one of claims 1) and 2) characterized in that the microphone (1) with sound or electric receiver (4) is small and is provided with a magnet (5).  4) The device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the reader support (6) is open at its top (7).  5) The device according to claim 4) comprising an orifice for the loudspeaker (8).  6) The device according to any one of claims 4) and 5) also comprising an orifice (9) releasing the operating keys of the reader (or reader-recorder).  7) The device according to any one of claims 4), 5), 6) comprising attachment points (5) for passing screws.  8) The device according to any one of claims 4) to 7) comprising magnetic attachment points (5).  9) The device according to any one of claims 4) to 8) comprising one or more storage pocket (s) (10).
