Abstract

The dryer consists of a fixed housing which contains an electrical resistance, adjustable by means of a switch (i), and a fan to blow warm air through two side vents. When in use the warm air passes through two hollow side panels (2) with perforations (O) on their inner surfaces, and between which a series of clothes lines (G) are stretched. The clothes lines are in line with the rows of apertures in the side panels. In a variant of the design the basing casing can have a single outlet vent, at top or bottom, and the side panel can also be in one piece. USE/ADVANTAGE - Drying for clothes and other washing. Can be used as a radiator when folded away after use.

Description

FOLDABLE ELECTRIC DRYER
The present invention relates to a foldable electric dryer, allowing to dry the expected linen and which can be used in the folded position, as an electric fan heater
The electric clothes dryers currently on the market, require space, even when not in use, and the laundry comes out crumpled.

The device which is the subject of this invention overcomes these drawbacks and also offers the possibility of use as an electric fan heater.
It comprises
1- A fundic, wall part, in the form of a flat and hollow rectangular box (1), having a vertical slit (F), on each side of the anterior face and contains in its cavity a ventilator and a variable electrical resistance allowing to adjust the heat of the air to the desired temperature, depending on the quality of the laundry to be dried - dryer function - or the room temperature - fan heater function - using a switch (i ) .Figure 1

2- Two foldable anterior parts (2), in the horizontal plane tal - like doors -, Figures 3 and 4, empty and open there on their outer edge 5 whose edge (C) closes the lateral slots (F), in the unfolded position , Figures 5 and 6. They have on their internal faces, orifices (0), making it possible to expel the air, already heated, and to circulate it between the extended linen. Figures 3, 4, 5 and 6
3- A grid (G) of laundry threads - horizontal - fixed on the wall part (1), which can be unfolded and placed on the parts (2) to hang up the laundry. Figures 2, 3, 5 and 6
This device can be made of light metallic material or plastic resistant to heat. In different colors to be able to adapt it to the decor of the rooms where it will be installed, for example: studio, bathroom, dressing room, etc.

Claims (5)

 1- Device for drying the linen, which can be folded after use and possibly serve, in this position, as an electric fan heater, characterized in that it comprises a fixed part (1), comprising in its cavity an electric resistance adjustable by a switch. (i) and a fan allowing the air, previously heated, to be sent by two anterolateral slits (F). This air is recovered, in the dryer position, by the edge (C) of the external edges of the two parts front (2) which are like hollow doors, opening in the horizontal plane and then it will be expelled through the holes (0) located on the front side of (2) to circulate between the laundry extended on the grid (G ) horizontal laundry threads, which is fixed on (1) and unfolds for this use and arises on (2).  2- Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the grid (G) of the laundry threads, or of the laundry threads, is in the vertical direction with orifices (0) on the front face of (2) or of ( 1).  3- Device according to claim 1 or claim 2 charac terized by a slot (F) horizontal, upper or lower, and a single front part (2), or more, opening in the vertical plane.  4- Device according to claim 1, 2, or claim 3 characterized in that the outer edges of the front parts (2) are fitted with a seal.  5- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is made for example of plastic metallic material.
