Abstract

The invention relates to an effective and simple means for daily use of credit cards or a credit-card-format card, by means of a support straddling the inner pocket of a garment or of a handbag. It consists of at least two main parts 1 and 2 and of a spindle (6) which forms the join, permitting total folding in both directions. On the face (2) there is a bellows arrangement (4) making it possible to accommodate invoices and credit-card-payment slips. On the face (1) there are compartments (3) and (9) capable of receiving card protectors or a credit card or a key. This invention is intended more particularly for those who travel and regularly use credit cards and credit-card-format cards.

PERFECTED CARD HOLDER ESPECIALLY FOR CREDIT CARDS
The present invention relates to an improved card holder. Its purpose is to select and respond to new needs arising from the exploitation of current electronic banking.

The present invention simplifies the handling and storage of various cards, in particular those of the credit card format which more and more users have. Currently these cards are stored in wallets or pockets which are slipped into the pockets of the clothes and requires a removal of the wallet from the pocket, an opening thereof, and an extraction of the card and as many tedious manipulations and repeated daily.

The present invention makes it possible to remedy its drawbacks.

The card holder. according to the invention, comprises at least two compartmentalized and articulated faces, one of which is designed to be placed inside an internal pocket of a garment covering the upper part of the body or of a handbag , and another face preferably articulated by one of its small sides on the other face and which comes to temporarily attach to the outside and along the said pocket:
The side attached to the outside of the pocket is provided with compartments which are in an inclined or vertical position, opening upwards and capable of receiving easily gripping flat elements such as a credit card.

The compartments mainly have a depth slightly less than the length of the flat element to be received.

They usually have an opening, slightly flexible or elastic allowing good retention of the flat elements to be received.

Temporary fastening means to the pocket of the face situated outside are provided, such as adhesive or hooking strips, snaps or equivalent means.

The compartmentalized face or faces intended to be placed inside the internal pocket of the garment can be provided with bellows.

Referring to Figure 1 the card holder comprises two main faces face (l) and face (2). The face (2) is intended to be inserted into the internal pocket, the limit of which is shown by the reference (14), this face 2 has a bellows (4) for receiving any invoices and payment tickets and a slot (7) intended to receive various other personal papers. The card holder comprises an articulation (6) corresponding to the junction between the faces 1 and 2 and formed by any means of conventional articulations, in particular when its card holders are made of plastic or leather.

The face 1 located outside the internal pocket is temporarily fixed to the latter by hooking means (l2). In FIG. 1, its means are themselves fixed to a flap (11) at the end from side 1, they can be placed in other locations depending on the types of clothing used.

- Figure 2 is shown two compartments (3) for receiving a credit card (10) or keys (9). Its compartments are in principle less deep than the element to receive in order to facilitate its gripping. Its compartments (3) are inclined with opening upwards to avoid the involuntary loss of the ranoé element.
