Abstract

The present invention relates to an impact safety device, fixed to moving equipment (1) likely to come into collision with a solid body (3) and comprising: - a base (4) secured to the equipment (1) on which are fixed two elastic supports (5) and two mini breakers (6); - a floating plate (7), fixed to the base (4) by struts (8) set into the centre of the elastic supports (5) and comprising tabs (9) which, in the normal position, bear on the mini breakers (6) which they engage by contact, this plate being intended, in the event of impact, to pivot about the elastic supports (5) triggering a mini breaker (6) by detaching from one of the tabs (9); - a flexible cover (10) completely protecting the said safety device and intended to distribute the impact over the entire surface of the base (4). The invention applies particularly to radiology systems.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de sécurité d'impact adapté à un équipement en mouvement susceptible d'entrer en collision avec un corps solide. L'invention s'applique particulièrement à des systèmes de radiologie complexes, comprenant des équipements. lourds et encombrants qui présentent un danger de collision avec le patient examiné, le sol ou encore d'autres équipements. Pour remédier à ces risques de -collision, une solution consiste à intercaler entre l'équipement en mouvement et l'obstacle, un dispositif électro-mécanique commandant l'arrêt du mécanisme mettant en mouvement ltequipement.

- Une plaque flottante fixée à l'embase par des colonnettes encastrées au centre des supports élastiques et comportant des pattes disposées en face des mini-rupteurs et les enclenchant en fonctionnement normal, ladite plaque étant destinée à pivoter autour des supports en cas de collision
- Un capot souple protégeant le dispositif de sécurité et destiné à répartir l'impact sur toute la surface de l'embase.
