Abstract

The invention relates to lures which fisherman use for fishing for carnivorous fish and salmonids. It comprises a spindle (A) on which a transparent plastic spinner (S) turns by means of swivels (P and P') which induces lateral flapping movements and longitudinal oscillations in accessories (M, P, V) which are mounted on single, double or triple hooks articulated into a loop of the spindle (A). A sinker (L or L') mounted on a snood (a or a') articulated into a loop of the spindle (A) makes it possible to manoeuvre the lure at the required depth by a simple change of weight.

Description

 The invention in question relates to the accessories used by fishermen under the name of lures, for fishing carnivorous fish and salmonids in fresh and salt water.

 In all these lures currently in use, opaque metallic or plastic parts are often used, which when set in motion attract or are likely to attract fish by their movements. All these lures have proven their effectiveness, but it is well known to the fishermen who employ them, that the multiplicity of their use in watercourses causes what we have become used to calling addiction.

 This important phenomenon makes fish less and less interested in so-called classic lures, and even wary of them to the point that almost no more fish are taken on overfished routes.

 The lure presented here makes it possible to renew the interest of fish during its use.

 The single plate of drawings represents the different compositions of this lure.

 I1 consists of an axis (A) of steel wire looped at the two ends, on which are mounted two beads (P) of different diameters, a washer (R) a spiral (S) and a pearl (P) d 'a larger diameter. This being the centerpiece of the device.

Several accessories complete this set
- An eyelet hook supporting a natural or plastic fish (P), or
- An eyelet hook on which an artificial fly (M) is made, or
- A plastic eel or a natural worm (V), threaded on a eyelet hook.

 These accessories are either fixed on the loop of the axis (A) during assembly, or made removable by a staple device.

 So that the lure can operate at the appropriate depth, depending on the height of the water being explored, a ballast (L) is fixed at the head of the axis (A) by means of a steel wire branch (a ), demountable if necessary, or fixed (al) on which the ballast (L ') is fixed by pinching.

The operation of the lure is expressed as follows
- Immersed in water, and under the action of the pull of the lure by the fisherman, the spiral (S) deforms backwards by the pressure of the water. It then takes the form of a thread which results in its rotation around the axis (A), the pearl (P) keeps it against the washer (R) in a position that its rotation against the pearls (P ') only if you stop pulling.

 The vibrations induced by the spiral (S) cause a lateral beating movement, combined with longitudinal oscillations of the accessories M, P, or V of the greatest interest for predatory fish or salmonids.

 1) Lure for predators and salmonids with pulsating element which can be invisible or colored usable either in fresh water or in salt water, which is combined with a spiral (8) made of transparent plastic, rotating on an axis (A) by the 'pearl intermediary (P and P') characterized by the fact that the rotation of the spiral (S) induces vibrations which allow the accessories (M, P, V) to move by lateral beating and longitudinal oscillations.  2) Lure for predators and salmonids according to claim 1 charac terized by the fact that the accessories can be dismantled by a staple system.  3) Lure for predators and salmonids according to claim 1 charac terized by the fact that the weights (L and L ') can be adjusted demand according to the depth of the waters where the lure evolves.
