Abstract
Description
vehicule- Ensuite, aprés demarrage, souvent difficile, laisser rechauf
aériens ou aquatiques."REMOTE CLIMATE CONTROL OF VEHICLES N1OTORIZED BY RADIO-CONTROL"
This invention relates to a novel process for preheating or
remotely cool various component parts of a vehicle noto-
- terrestrial. aquatic or aerial. This process will be very effective
during extreme meteorological conditions of Cold or Heat
existing mainly in non-temperate areas of the Globe or during
seasonal extremes in temperate zones.
new combination of means, not yet grouped according to the process
subject of this invention, with the aim of activating remotely
and at will either the preheating or the cooling of certain
components of any motorized vehicle (or a restricted area available
-component of electricity, but without air conditioning) - The purpose and uti
-lity of this Invention are easily understood:
1) In case of extreme cold, any motorized vehicle exposed to this cold,
with some exceptions, must undergo some preheating
components before hitting the road (Earth, Eider or Air) - Savant
drive with an automobile parked outside in minus 102 C. of cold
- which is common in winter in both hemispheres, it is necessary
first: Successfully unlock locks and doors to enter the
vehicle- Then, after starting, often difficult, leave to reheat
-Turn the engine, raise the cabin temperature, defrost the
windows on the inside, - Be sure that the Steering, Transmis-
scion, Brakes, are released, to take the road with the maximum
of security ... thus a long waste of time, useless annoyance, without
count the Pollution generated: engines turn several minutes in
accelerated, exhaust gases concentrated in one place (such as areas
) - And what is true in this example is also true for
other motorized vehicles of different categories: 2 wheels, tracks,
aerial or aquatic.
2) Conversely, in case of great heat (frequent in summer in
2 hemispheres) it is painful to enter the passenger compartment of a vehicle
-cule whose internal temperature is around 50 C. or re-read, and
hit the road while waiting for motorized air conditioning, if it
exists, has its effect, often 15 or 30 minutes, and we are sometimes
at destination before the desired Exhaustible temperature result.
These extreme situations of cold or 'heat can also have the ives
consequences for a habitable speedboat, a small touring plane, that
for a motor vehicle, or with two wheels or tracks ...
To avoid all these inconveniences, these wastes of time, these excess moods
unnecessary, exaggerated exhaust gas pollution, and to be able to wax
- use the best conditions in all weathers, two simulated solutions
are essential:
12: Remote control starting from engine and actuating
therefore air conditioning of the vehicle (if equipped) - Selution
very complicated to develop, with a lot of failures in perspective, because
it will almost always require direct human intervention to be able to
- start an internal combustion engine (even automatic starters are not
100% reliable, especially for vehicles that already have a few thousand
of Kms) - because it is necessary to regulate the richness of the fuel, to take sometimes
repeatedly to knock out a very cold engine, keep the idle
more or less fast to avoid stalling, etc ... Finally it would only
very few motors, very sophisticated, which could be started 8 dis -tance by radio control ... And more if it were, it is not careful
to run an automobile engine without close human supervision (risk of packaging, fire, worsening of a malfunction that would have been perceived by the driver, or simply failure of
fuel ...) In addition Exaggerated pollution caused by exhaust gases
from the accelerated engine, also concentrated in one place and for a fairly long time. This first solution is therefore not the best.
22: Remote radio control of heating devices or
independent cooling of the engine, acting on the various
parts of a vehicle by means of heating resistors- or cooling ducts dependent on an auxiliary energy accumulator
independent of the main battery, and rechargeable when off
service by the vehicle's energy generator.
- devices hawking a few simple electronic elements, such as programmable relay distributors, thermo-contacts, transmitter, programmable radio control receiver, etc ... Easily groupable and implemented by
a person skilled in the art, given that this second solution is a new coea-combination of technically different means but not yet grouped in the order of the process concerned by this invention, of which
- detailed description can be found on the following pages.
According to the latter solution, once the vehicle has warmed up
-mobile, carried out using radio-controlled heating resistors remotely, distributed in its various bodies (independent of the normal air conditioning of the vehicle-if it exists) the results will be as follows:
-Easy vehicle access, without loss of time or risk of damaging you
door seals - easier and stiffer engine warm-up - Risks of blocking by the freezing of various vital bodies such as Paint,
Direction, Transmission, etc ..., eliminated.
De-icing, in fact, of the windows (interior part) of the vehicle, the layer of
external frost also becoming fragile, given that its windshield and rear window supports are attenuated by the effect of the resistances
in place, and faded at the first wiper strokes.
réchauffer le vehicule.-Immediate departure on the road in a cool interior (and continuing to
then be it by the normal air conditioning of the vehicle having taken the
relay - if fitted -) Exhaust gas pollution reduced to a minimum, since there is no longer
need to let the engine run for a while in order to
warm the vehicle.
Conversely: In case of very hot treks, the cooling of the
- tackle, by refrigerating elements (independent of air conditioning
main) radio controlled remotely and in advance, will take
immediately the road in a vehicle at pleasant temperature, avoiding
suffer from excess heat as well as all the consequences that that
could lead to the driver and his passengers - (the main air conditioning then taking over, if the vehicle is equipped with it) - In addition, the risk of pollution by exhaust gas is reduced since there is no longer any need to leave turn the engine on to activate the main air conditioning.

Either the heating or the cooling, such as figures 1, 3 and 8) be various organs of a vehicle, and this using the same radio-co3xandea transmitter-receiver (1 and 2) activating by programming the Detector contactor Thermal Electronics (38) which will automatically activate either the heating or the cooling of various parts of a vehicle depending on the internal temperature of its passenger compartment (12) directly dependent on the outside temperature surrounding this vehicle7: :( t through programnatior keys (39) -)
When uncovered vehicles with 2 wheels or tracks - such as fig. 2-
, motorcycles, scooters, snow scooters, etc ..., their cooled - fairly remote controlled / automatic, will not be effective, given that, with some exceptions, these vehicles do not have an enclosed cabin
However, automatic preheating is possible on condition that the Electronic Thermal Detector / Contactor (38) is placed in a protected part of this type of vehicle and connected to the various radio-control components provided for in Figure 2.
Figure 6 and 7- Plate i4: relate to the shape and the preferable but non-limiting dimensions of a Radio-Coiiiande Transmitter (1), portable, pocket-friendly, which can also be used as a key clip thanks to the closed loop (43) integral with the body (40) of the radio control transmitter (1) - This transmitter will contain a telescopic antenna (42), retractable- Twelve programming keys (41) divided into two groups-: the first comprising six keys coding / recognition in harmony with those of the radio control receiver (2) - (i.e. 1 X 6 voi.s)
- the second, also of six keys, comprising = ON (X) - TRANSMISSION (E) - OFF (A) - AUTOMATIC (OT) via detector / contactor
Electronic thermal (38) - PREHEATING (C) - COOLING (F) (Either 1 X 6 channels) - in harmony with those of the radio-control receiver (2)
The electronic components of this transmitter cannot be detailed since a large number of possibilities can be applied depending on the range of the radio-controlled emission as well as on the various existing or future electronic programming systems.
The power supply of this transmitter will be included in the case (40) and will consist of a mercury battery preferably because of the size
reduced which will leave space for the other components, it will be placed in a housing (not illustrated) on the back of the case (40)
A cover (44) sliding in grooves (45) will be provided in order to protect the control keys (41) when the transmitter is at rest.
The range of the Signal of this radio control transmitter (1) must be at least equal to a hundred bolsters so as to allow the user to remote control a vehicle parked outside, from inside his home. , for example- given the very short lapse of
signal time (provided that the transmitter is fitted with a
signal duration), which will just be used to activate the electronic relays
of the radio-control receiver (2) in harmony with those of the transmitter (1)
, the legal range distance authorizations should in theory
no problem. The realization of this radio control transmitter (1)
should not be complicated given general knowledge
and the progress currently existing in miniaturized electronics
and which are increasing.
On the other hand a remote control by infrared, is not recommended
its signal does not pass through opaque obstacles, hence ispossibi-
-lity for the user to air-condition his vehicle from
the interior of his home, or if there are obstacles between him
and his vehicle- It will therefore be necessary for the operation of the transmitter (1)
is based on the radioelectric principle.

Concerning the different parts constituting the processes of these

A Vehicle Manufacturer, after acquisition of the Patent of this In -vention, aonb Exclusive Industrial Operator, will then be able to plan and have housings machined in different parts of its vehicles, suitable for the various components of this process in order to simplify their assembly (integrated or optional), to avoid generalization, to protect exclusivity, to disinterested and possible imitators, and taking advantage of Fon Exclusiveness, he may also, after agreement of the inventor, patent and manufacture various components of this process, such as Refrigerant unit, preheating or cooling modules, pocket radio transmitter, etc. (simple design and implementation given the current possibilities6.) and bearing its acronym as well as that of the title of this invention, this increasing its influence over its global competitors, for the distribution of its vehicles which will then be the only ones to be air-conditioned, advantage easily understood. ble in all countries with extreme climatic conditions (Africa, Arabise, Australia, America, etc ...)
This process of air conditioning of vehicles by radio remote control (ie air conditioning) therefore corresponds to the Title of TELECLIMATISATION iIE VEHICULES by radio commands and by contraction TELECL1ATE VEHI- -eULES (Initials: TCV) or SUCH FLASHES AUTO I (Initials TCA 1 )
This title therefore comprising no fantasy and corresponding to the reality of the Process, will facilitate advertising promotion as well as its memorization, while being very impactful commercially- In addition it can also be added to the Technical Designations of its various components s 'They are specially manufactured for this Process and this in order to differentiate them from competitors.
