Abstract

The invention relates to an archive box device. The device according to the invention, produced from a single body, is characterised in that the closure of the cover is obtained by the insertion of the flap (13) in the groove (16), and in that the part of the flap (13) which is inserted in its length is substantially the same size as the part (13) outside the groove (16), the end of the flap (13) widening progressively up to the size of the groove (16) thus ensuring efficient locking of the cover by wedging of the flap (13) in the groove (16). One of the small lateral faces as well as the bottom wall (3) opposite the cover are provided with holes which facilitate gripping of the said box. The invention relates in particular to the storage and filing of files.
