Abstract

Dispositif pour reproduire une photographie format identité sur n'importe quel document à l'aide d'un tampon manuel. Il est constitué d'un support de mousse sur lequel est collé une résine souple polymérisable gravée par exposition sous-vide aux ultra-violets et d'aprés un négatif obtenu par un scanner de photogravure sur photo originale noir et blanc ou couleur. Cette invention permet la reproduction d'une photographie d'identité sur n'importe quel document.

Description

La présente invention concerne le precédé de fabrication d'un tampon portatif à utilisation manuelle et reproduisant une photo d'identité.
L'utilisation habituelle de ce type de tampon ne permettait que la reproduction d'un texte ou d'un dessin.
Le dispositif de cette invention permet de remplacer le texte ou le dessin par le cliché photographique d'un format identité, en demi-teinte, donnant ainsi la possibilité de reproduire manuellement et de façon illimitée le visage sur tout le document.
L'originalité du procédé de fabrication du tampon est le remplacement du caoutchouc, techniquement incapable de reproduire avec finesse et satisfaction les différents détails composant les traits du visage, par une résine souple polymérisable aux ultra-violets et gravable à l'eau.
Un scanner de photogravure piloté par un ordinateur fournit un film négatif tramé haute définition obtenu à partir d'une photographie originale couleur ou noir et blanc.
C'est ce film négatif tramé qui va permettre de graver la résine par exposition sous vide aux ultra-violets.
Après cette exposition la résine est alors immergée dans l'eau et gravée par rotation.
Elle est ensuite séchée aux infra-rouges puis refroidie par ventilation.
Une exposition finale aux ulta-violets stabilise définitivement les photo-polymères.
Ce cliché sera découpé au format 35 X 40 MM et collé sur une semelle mosse de 3 MM d'épaisseur afin d'assurer un meilleur confort d'utilisation et une meilleure impression par répartition de la pression manuelle.
L'ensemble est ensuite installé sur un manche de préhension.
C'est un produit qui permet la reproduction de photographie d'identité sur n'importe quel document et ainsi peut les pro téger et en authentifier la signature.

Claims (4)

REVENDICATIONS
1) Dispositif pour reproduire une photographie format identité sur n'importe quel document à l'aide d'un tampon manuel.
2) Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le caoutchouc habituellement utilisé pour la fabrication du tampon manuel est remplacé par une résine souple polymérisable.
3) Dispositif selon le revendication 1 ou la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que la résine souple est gravée par exposition sous-vide aux ultra-violets et d'après un négatif.
4) Dispositif selon les revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le film négatif permettant la gravure de la résine est obtenu par un scanner de photogravure piloté par un ordinateur et d'après une photographie originale couleur ou noir et blanc.
