The method of the invention consists in treating pasteurised powdered egg yolk successively by means of several organic solvents such as acetone and ethanol, the crude product obtained being collected and brought into aqueous solution, the latter being subjected to a diafiltration through a calibrated porous membrane possessing a threshold of retention of substances whose molecular weight is equal to or below 100,000. The product obtained is intended for incorporation in pharmaceutical or cosmetological compositions, in particular in preparations for the treatment of burns and wounds, or preparations that retard dermal ageing or that nourish the dermis, for example those intended for use after exposure to the sun.

Description

PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING WATER-SOLUBLE CELL EXTRACT
EGG EMBRYOS AND PRODUCT OBTAINED
The subject of the present invention is a process for manufacturing a water-soluble cellular extract from egg embryos and the product obtained.

The product obtained is intended to be incorporated into pharmaceutical or cosmetic compositions in particular in preparations for the treatment of burns and wounds, or preparations slowing down dermal aging, or nourishing the dermis, for example intended for use after exposure to the sun.

Many cosmetic preparations described in cosmetology forms contain lecithin as an emulsifier and co-emulsifier, egg oil rich in oleic and linoleic acid, or egg yolk, introduced in particular in shampoos and creams, more for marketing than scientific. None of these preparations is able to take advantage of the regenerative and healing properties of the egg embryo.

The egg cell extract obtained by the process according to the present invention is remarkable in that it has trophic, regenerative and healing properties, as well as very good tolerance by the dermis.

The process according to the invention consists in treating pasteurized egg yolk powder successively by means of several organic solvents such as acetone and ethanol, the crude product obtained being collected, put into aqueous solution, the latter being subjected to a diafiltration on a calibrated porous membrane having a retention threshold for substances whose molecular weight is equal to or less than 100,000.

Other characteristics will emerge from the following detailed description, which relates to a nonlimiting example of one of the embodiments.

The product according to the present invention is obtained by applying the process below
First, 100 grams of pasteurized egg yolk powder is suspended in 300 ml of cold acetone. The mixture is vigorously stirred for 3 hours at 3500 rpm, then the suspension is filtered through sintered glass and a yellow powder is collected which is wrung quickly.

The powder obtained is suspended in 300 ml of cold ethanol and vigorously stirred for 3 hours at 1500 revolutions / minute, then the suspension is filtered on sintered glass and the ethanolic solution is collected on the one hand, and on the other hand a powder which is suspended in 150 ml of cold acetone.

The mixture is vigorously stirred for 2 hours at 1500 revolutions / minute, then the suspension is filtered through sintered glass and the acetone solution is collected, and a powder which is wrung and then dried at room temperature under vacuum for 48 hours.

La solution diafiltrée est récupérée puis l'on introduit 0,05 gramme de conservateur bactéricide pour 100 grammes de solution.40 grams of a yellowish-white powder are finally obtained, which are dissolved in distilled water and filtered at 0.22 nm and the solution is stirred at 250C for 4 hours and then centrifuged at 9000 g. The solution is recovered and passed entirely through a diafiltration device equipped with porous membranes, the retention threshold of which is 100,000. The diafiltered solution is recovered and then 0.05 grams of bactericidal preservative are introduced per 100 grams of solution.

The quantities, duration of treatment and molecular weight indicated above are given as an indication and can vary within fairly large proportions.

Furthermore, the acetone and ethanolic solutions are mixed and then distilled under vacuum at 400C, which allows to obtain 58 grams of egg oil.
