Abstract
Description
La présente invention a pour objet à titre de produit industriel nouveau , un dispositif rendant autonome tous les appareils pneumatique (agrafeuses , visseuses , perceuses pneumatique , etc
Actuellement , les outils pneumatiques sont reliés à un compresseur de taille variable via un cable qui rend le déplacement avec ces outils plus ou moins difficile. De plus ces cables ont une facheuse tendance à se vrier , se nouer ou meme s'accrocher entre eux si on en utilise plusieurs
(photo I).Le rayon d'action de ces outils est limité à la longueur du cable qui ne peut Aetre très importante si on ne veut pas accentuer les défauts cités-ci dessus .Sans parler de certains objets (machines importantes , tables de travail chaises, etc...) qui constituent de véritables chicanes et qui empèchele libre déplacement de l'utilisateur , qui doit sans cesse penser à son cable afin de ne pas se trouver bloqué avec une longueur de cable insufîsante.(photo 2 et 3)
Sans oublier que si l'utilisateur se sert de plusieurs outils à la fois (ce qui est très fréquent ) , il doit sans cesse les raccorder au mêtne cable , vu que le nombre de cables est généralement limité à deux par travailleur (photo 4)
Il ne faut pas oublier que l'on risque de trébucher sur les cables qui trainent par terre (photo 5) , et lorsque il faut les démêler , cela constitue un véritable casse tete (photo I)o Tbut cele cause une perte de temps et d'énergie humaine d'ou une baisse de rendement que nous pourrions éviter grace à ce système.The present invention relates to, as a new industrial product, a device making all pneumatic devices autonomous (staplers, screwdrivers, pneumatic drills, etc.

It should not be forgotten that there is a risk of tripping over the cables lying around on the ground (photo 5), and when it is necessary to untangle them, this constitutes a real headache (photo I) o Tbut this causes waste of time and of human energy or a drop in yield that we could avoid thanks to this system.
Cependant ,il existe sur le marché des appareils autonomes mais fonctionnent à l'aide d'une batterie électrique incorporée qui présente plusieurs défauts :
la recharge de la batterie dure plusieurs heures alors
que notre invention se recharge en quelques secondes
- les outils électriques ne peuvent en aucun cas concuren
cer un outil pneumatique dans sa qualité et sa disponibi
lité pour un travail soigné (exemple type : agrafeuse )
- ce type d'outil est très peu répendu en comparaison des
outils pneumatique que l'on trouve partout
En effet , toutes les usines , les artisans, et de plus en plus de particuliers utilisent l'air comprimé au détriment des appareils electrique ell sont donc déja en possession de ces outils pneumatique et n'ont donc pas besoin de changer leurs outils , pouvent ainsi s'équiper de ce nouveau système à un prix très compétitif e
Le dispositif , objet de la présente invention permet d'assurer a la machine pneumatique une certaine autonomie de fonctionnement dans le temps tout en etant parfaitement autonome , libre de tout cordon e Cette invention trouvera sa place dans toutes les entreprises utilisant des appareils pneumatique mais aussi bien sur chez les particuliers
Une forme d'execution de l'invention est décrite ci-après à titre indicatif et nullement limitatif en se réferent aux dessins annexes e
La figure I est une vue de l'invention montée directement sur l'outil e Le dispositif comporte tout dabord un réservoir (I) plus ou moins compacte ou est emmagasiné une certaine quantité de gaz sous pression . Un limiteur de débit t2) fixé au réservoir libère la quantité et la pression de gaz nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de l'outil lui assurant une autonomie correcte.Le principe du limiteur étant connu il est inutile de le décrire
Le limiteur est fixé directement ou avec un adaptateur sur l'arrivé d'air de l'outil suivant le mode de fixation spécifique à l'outil De part sa conception , notre invention s'adapte à n'importe quel outil pneumatique éxistant ou allant arriver sur le marché
Notre invention peu etre proposé en plusieurs versions dont voici les trois principales
- une version non rechargeable (jetable ) , surtout
pour les particuliers
-une version vendu avec consigne rechargeable à l'usine
ou chez un dépositaire muni d'un compresseur spécial
(à haute pression)
- une versionirechargeable directement chez l'utilisa
teur si celui veut bien s'équiper d'un compresseur prévu
cet effet (compresgseur a haute pression) dtautres solutions sont naturellement envisageable
Dans le cas du système rechargeable , notre invention sera munie d'une prise spéciale étanche(3) adaptable sur le compres- seur . On pourra donc recharger le réservoir (I) en quelques secondes.La prise à haute pression étant connue , il est inutile de la décrire
