Abstract
Description
La présente invention est du domaine des techniques chirurgicales, et elle a plus précisément pour objet un matériau destiné à la prothèse osseuse, son procédé de fabrication et les moyens de mise en oeuvre de ce dernier. La greffe est une solution souhaitée dans de nombreux cas, mais une difficulté réside dans le fait que l'on ne dispose pas toujours d'un élément endogène de remplacement ayant la forme et/ou la com pacité requise. aussi dans de nombreux cas doit-on se satisfaire de matériaux exogènes, naturels ou synthéthiques.Dans ces dernières éventualités la prothèse fait généralement appel à des moyens de fixation mécaniques; en outre de telles prothèses sont souvent sujettes à des réaction de rejet de l'organisme implanté.
