Abstract

Magnetic device making it possible to position various solid elements on a sandwich-loaf support in order to manufacture cocktail canapes. The solid element 1 falls under gravity at the instant I through a ring 3 supporting needles 4 with metallic end-piece 6. A coil 7 with a core 8 gives rise to a magnetic field which positions the needles 4, thus guiding the solid element in its fall to the chosen location on the support element 9. The value of the current applied to the coil permits regulation of the mobility of the needles when the product passes. A horizontal displacement of the coil on its support along two perpendicular axes makes it possible to adjust the location for depositing the product. The invention may be used in any industrial production line with average precision, for example a food industry production line.

La presente invention a pour objet a titre de produit industriel nouveau un dispositif de positionnement d'elememts solides par des aiguilles a embout ferreux soumises a un champ magnetique variable. The object of the present invention is, as a new industrial product, a device for positioning solid elememts by ferrous tip needles subjected to a variable magnetic field.

Ce dispositif peut etre utilise sur toutes chaines industrielles a precisions moyennes telles que alimentaires. This device can be used on all industrial chains at medium precision such as food.

Actuellement la technique de positionnement fait appel a une robotique de prehension. Cette technique implique beaucoup de contraintes quand aux possibilites de prehension du produit ,de rapidite et de cout. Currently the positioning technique uses a robotic gripping. Il est bien entendu que la presente invention n'est pas limitee au mode de realisation decrit et represente qui constitue seulement un exemple auquel de nombreuses modifications peuvent etre apportees sans qu'on s'ecarte de la presente Invention. Le dispositif peut etre modifie sur le generateur magnetique ,sur le nombre d'aiguilles ainsi que sur la forme de celles-ci.
