Abstract
Description
La presente invention a pour objet a titre de produit industriel nouveau un dispositif de positionnement d'elememts solides par des aiguilles a embout ferreux soumises a un champ magnetique variable. The object of the present invention is, as a new industrial product, a device for positioning solid elememts by ferrous tip needles subjected to a variable magnetic field.
Ce dispositif peut etre utilise sur toutes chaines industrielles a precisions moyennes telles que alimentaires. This device can be used on all industrial chains at medium precision such as food.
Actuellement la technique de positionnement fait appel a une robotique de prehension. Cette technique implique beaucoup de contraintes quand aux possibilites de prehension du produit ,de rapidite et de cout. Currently the positioning technique uses a robotic gripping. This technique involves a lot of constraints when it comes to product awareness, speed and cost.
Ce dispositif est remarquable en ce qui'il comporte la possibilite de remedier a ces contraintes. This device is remarkable in that it includes the possibility of remedying these constraints.
Il comporte en effet l'element solide "1" a deposer et a positionner sur un support "9" . Cette operation est realisee par simple gravite. L'element solide "1" ainsi depose ne supporte les seules deformations relatives a son poids et a l'inertie de sa chute. La figure 1' montre l'element solide "1" a deposer sur un support 9"ainsi qu'en pointilles son endroit de depose. Amene par un quelconque moyen sur un support compose dans ce cas de deux lames identiques s'encartant simultanement et parallelement au moyen de bobines electro-magnetiques "14",provoquant ainsi la chute de l'element '1' a deposer.Dans sa chute par grav-ite l'element "1" passe au travers d'un anneau "3" qui supporte des aiguilles syntetiques "4" .Ces aiguilles sont fixees a l'anneau "3" par un axe "5" permettant un libre balancement de celles-ci. Ce champ magnétique positionne les aiguilles dans la position voulue,guidant ainsi l'element '1" dans sa chute. Par la valeur du courant applique a la bobine 171 en 1131 , il est possible d'ajuster la mobilite des aiguilles en fonction du poids de l'element de depose "1". Un deplacement horizontal suivant deux axes perpendiculaires du support de la bobine "11" permet d'ajuster l'endroit de depose du produit par differentes inclinaisons des aiguilles 141 De meme une frequence choisie du courant peut mettre les aiguilles en vibration cuitant ainsi le collage de l'element solide de depose I. sur les aiguilles "4"
Il est bien entendu que la presente invention n'est pas limitee au mode de realisation decrit et represente qui constitue seulement un exemple auquel de nombreuses modifications peuvent etre apportees sans qu'on s'ecarte de la presente Invention. Le dispositif peut etre modifie sur le generateur magnetique ,sur le nombre d'aiguilles ainsi que sur la forme de celles-ci.
