Abstract

Pouch intended to contain pencils, pens, felt-tip pens, paint brushes or all four together, in one and the same portfolio or any file inside which it is possible to file sheets of paper. The pouch is composed of various sleeves of various lengths and of various sizes. This pouch is made from fabric or any other flexible material which requires a silk-screen printing stage and, then, the use of a male mould in the form of a comb and the use of a flexible female mould permitting pasting of this mould.

INTRODUCTION
Tradition shows that in all schools or universities, offices, artistic professions, there is a real need to combine paper and pencils.

Whether it is the schoolboy, the student or even the civil servant, even the artist, each uses paper and pencils for a different purpose.

The existence CL a diversified choice of pencils or pens combined with the presence of paper allows everyone to develop a certain sensitivity, and love, the vocation for writing or drawing.

The present invention thus relates to a pouch intended to contain pencils, pens, felt-tip pens, paintbrushes, or all four combined in the same drawing board or any folder inside of which sheets of paper can be placed.

This pouch allows you to individually store several pencils, felt-tip pens or brushes of different length and thickness.

The structure is made using a piece of fabric or other flexible material glued to the interior surface (s) of the carton or driver files
The advantage of such a structure is that it allows the user to use the above pencils without having to carry them in a case, a satchel or even in the pocket.

More precisely, the distance between the different sleeves intended to contain the pencils, can be used to hang pens from felt-tip pens by their clip, which doubles the possibilities of capacity of this pouch and therefore provides more wide range of pencils ...

To prevent the pencils from falling, the structure of the pouch is designed so that they are in a vertical position during transport.

The realization of this pocket is very simple.

The screen printing technique allows to specifically glue and alter natively the parts A of the file where the canvas must adhere (cf. drawing no. 2, shaded part A).

Intervention of a mold: after performing the screen printing, it is necessary to use a comb-shaped mold (male part) whose teeth must be identical in length and width to those of the pencils that will be housed there.

In the present case, the comb (cf. FIG. 3) has equidistant teeth, which will give, at the end of the execution, a regular pocket containing pencils of different lengths. This example is not limiting and the shape of the comb can vary to give different pockets: with a comb whose teeth are different in length, in thickness and even not equidistant, we will get a pocket other than that presented in the final figure, allowing to store crayons of varying length and thickness.

Final step: gluing of the canvas intended to receive the pencils. The canvas is deposited on the teeth of the comb over a height ranging from X to
Y (cf. n "3). The length of the fabric is such that it will cover the width of the comb, taking into account the thickness of the teeth and their distance.

For this, it is necessary to manufacture a second mold D, (female: which must be flexible (cardboard glued on canvas) and of exactly opposite shape to that of the first mold (the comb), C (cf. Fig. N4).

The pressure of the female mold applied to the canvas covering the first: mold (comb) must be progressive (hence the need for flexibility of the mold); indeed, the canvas is thus brought regularly and gradually over the glued space during screen printing by giving the pocket of Figure I, the parts A and B corresponding respectively to D and C.

Lastly, cut the excess fabric.
