Abstract

The binding has front and back wedges (13,14) which are fixed to the board (12). The boot's sole (5) has front (6) and back (7) bolts which are seaprated by an elastic block (8) that pushes them outwards. The bolts penetrate into the wedges to hold the boot on the board. The block is held between two rigid plates (9,10) whose separation can be adjusted by a screw (11) so that the block is compressed to modify its elasticity.   "Safety surfixation for snowboarding".

  We already know a snowboard surfixation comprising two shells in which we fix

  feet fitted with mountain boots.

  In more detail, different methods of fixing the hulls are known on the surf and, in

  particular, according to patent PR 86 02 826 of 28.2.86.

  However, these different co-

  ques on the surfs have the disadvantage of not being safety bindings since the hull cannot be detached from the surf. There are also snowboards equipped with traditional ski bindings but, in this case, the user must put on ski boots. This has the disadvantage of space and
