Abstract

The subject of the invention is installations for alternately distributing a hot or cold liquid. An installation according to the invention includes a central reservoir 1 containing a heat-transfer fluid 2 and two serpentine coils 15, 20 one of which is connected to a refrigerating unit 13 and the other of which to a heating appliance 17. The reservoir 2 alternately supplies a hot or cold fluid, a secondary circuit 3, 7 including a circulation pump 4, two manifolds (collectors) 5, 6 and convectors 81, 82... 8n connected up between the two manifolds (collectors). One application is the heating and air conditioning of premises, as well as the refrigeration of food-distributing apparatuses.
