Abstract

The invention relates to a dental brushing instrument. The brushing head consists of three parts: a central part and two lateral parts inclined at 45 DEG with respect to the central part. The bristles of the lateral parts are arranged at 90 DEG with respect to the bristles of the central part (Figure 2). The use of this brush will permit an identical effectiveness of brushing on all the surfaces of the teeth. This will make a contribution to the prevention of caries (decay) and periodontal diseases, by removing the dental plaque from zones which are inaccessible to currently used conventional means.
