Abstract

Device for the emission of coloured lights for jewels. The device relates to drop ear-rings and a pendant emitting momentary and non-synchronised coloured lights using optical fibres and light-emitting diodes. The device, for drop ear-rings, comprises the following: three light-emitting diodes 4, a printed circuit and electronic components 6 and 7, the accumulators 9 acting as energy source and three groups 8 of optical fibres optically coupled to the light-emitting diodes 4. The optical-fibre leads are directed and inserted into the external surface of the cylinder 1, made of flexible plastic, thus transmitting the light from the diodes towards the outside. The device of the pendant comprises the following: the accumulators 5, being the energy source, six light-emitting diodes 9 optically coupled to the directed groups 7 of optical fibres is inserted into the plate 1 made of plastic, thus transmitting the lights towards the outside.
