Abstract

Novel design of the surfaces participating in the bonding of rolling-contact bearings or of bearing bushes onto shafts and/or into bearings for their lateral fixing. The invention consists in creating one or more grooves in which the glue will be confined, the groove(s) being machined from one of the two surfaces to be translationally linked. The two surfaces then fully resume their function of geometrically positioning one element with respect to the other.

Description

Le collage des roulements ou des coussinets s'utilise principalement pour la fixation latérale de la bague extérieure des roulements, à la place de surfaces intérieures et perpendiculaires à l'alésage qui reçoit cette même bague extérieure : voir la figure 1. La colle est placée entre les 2 surfaces à lier. L'invention présentée consiste à dissocier collage et positionnement radial de l'arbre par rapport au palier. Ainsi, le collage assurera seulement la fixation latérale du roulement ou du coussinet. Le positionnement radial sera assuré directement par l'alésage recevant la bague extérieure du roulement ou du coussinet. Pour cela on crée, à partir d'une des deux surfaces que l'on veut lier, une ou plusieurs rainures qui serviront de logement à la colle. L'épaisseur de cette ou de ces rainures sera fonction des caractéristiques de la colle utilisée. La largeur de la ou des rainures sera un compromis entre l) les conditions de pression subies par les surfaces à lier, pression qui
devra être inférieure à la pression de matage des matériaux constituant
les surfaces à lier.
